PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR STORE!!!
Bought a meal, the tenders looked burnt but they weren’t. It was worse, the black color came from having been cooked in old as, stinky oil. Came here to write a review and find another review from a month ago saying the same thing! Then another, dam.
Tried eating one since I got to the job site before noticing, but it smelled like shiz
The place is clean and staff is friendly but I’m sure that it’s MANAGEMENT who says how often the oil gets switched out for fresh clean oil. Um, it’s time ok. You’re giving this store a bad rep.

I ordered 2 meal and a kids meal. The staff was nice and polite, however the food was awful. They told me to wait because They were going to do the fries… I thought… “nice, it’s going to be fresh” when I got home the fries were so brown and the taste super awful. I could not eat them… it was a waste of money. The tenders were probably cooked with the same old oil and it was very disgusting.

They said they don’t have fried chicken or anything we wanted. They said they just have original chicken available which is like what?! We asked for sauce cause of course we had a big order and of course they did not put any sauce in the bag! So annoying. They were not even busy! And the mac is dry, nasty and cheeseless. It’s white mac! Disgusting. The potatoes are brittle and taste like burnt carpet. Biscuits colder than the snow and they’re not even completely cooked. Like what the heck?

Got me the spicy wings and wedges, started to eat them and noticed that they looked burnt, but nope, to my surprise they in fact gave me old chicken. Stomach pain and trips to the bathroom all night and morning.

I’ve gone to multiple KFC and this one is my favorite KFC location. Food is always on point, they never mess up my order, and I’m always greeted when I come here. Rosemary who works there is my favorite worker there, she already knows me by my name and what I want lol

She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my order, and her positive attitude really stood out. It’s not every day you meet someone who makes you feel so welcomed, but Erika definitely did. Thank you for making my visit such a great one!

We were waiting in line for someone to take our order. The guy came out with someone else’s order then told us sorry the lobby is closed at 9pm and it was 9:06. The door wasn’t locked and there were a couple of us. He should have locked the door and still took care of us after we were already waiting on him.

Do not let the neighborhood scare you!Wanted to thank Erica <-- hope I spelled it correct. She went above and beyond. I walked in with my toddler on my hip & my 10yr old. My 10 year old was visibly upset for dropping a soda and perfusly apologized. Erica kept reassuring her it was okay. Help us out to the car and waited for me to strap my toddler in and made sure my 10yr old got into the car before handing us our food.
Place was clean, food was good. Remember if you cant wait 30 minutes plus, for fresh food ANYWHERE now in days. Well, then maybe you should cook at home!

Just had an altercation with KFC implorer , failed to inform me that they had no chicken i am sitting and people are walking in and out i am just sitting wondering whats going , got up went to counter , to be told they had no chicken .clerk then got upset and as i was giving back my money , because she heard the whole conversation. Her clerk and district manager had word.i left only to get to where i was going only to find out they bit into my chicken and serve it to me.
