The store was empty when we arrived, yet we waited over 30 minutes for our food. It eventually became clear they were prioritizing DoorDash orders over the customers actually standing in front of them. Had I known walk-ins were an afterthought, I would’ve gone elsewhere.

I feel like it’s gone downhill. I asked for a sandwich with no avocado and they were so confused about that. What’s so confusing ? And then I asked for it to be put on bread or toast or whatever they have and then asked if I wanted it toasted. Sure. I come home and they gave me a regular sub that was toasted. ♀️. Probably won’t be here for awhile lol.

Every time ive ordered delivery in the recent months, it’s been extremely slow. I had to wait an hour for them to bring a sandwich like 5 blocks last time. So to save time I went in today and got a sandwich on wheat bread. Each slice was twice as thick as normal. I had to cut half the bread off before I could even take a bite. I showed a coworker and she said that’s how it was last time she went there as well. The employee who made it was friendly though.

Jimmy John’s sandwiches have always been some of my favorite subs. Great service from our sandwich makers, though it was a little hard to hear the person taking our order. Overall satisfied with our experience!

Uh, no offense JJ but I can see why your store is generally pretty empty. You guys charged me a full price for a sandwich but shortchanged me on the meat. The “sandwich artist” seemed angry to be there and he was unhappy about giving me extra mayo. But the thing is, the mayo container was completely empty so he was pretty much putting air on my sandwich. Skimpy ingredients. Should’ve gone to Penn station. You guys try to save $0.40 but lose future business and sit empty while everyone is headed over to Penn Station. Not a good plan. This will be my last time in JJ Danville. You cannot do that to your customers and expect they would return. Enjoy your ingredient savings and surly sammich maker and I’ma enjoy Penn station or subway before I ever step back in your store. Sorry but you got a do something!

My sandwich had brown rotting lettuce. Went in and asked them to remake it. They did and it also had brown rotting lettuce, worse than the first one! They said that’s all the lettuce they have. They did refund our entire order but I didn’t get my food and it’s frustrating that a restaurant would serve rotting lettuce not once but twice in a row! One star for atmosphere because there was no TP in the women’s bathroom!

Amazing sandwich, very awesome workers! Helped me with my order (I had no idea what to get). I got the Gargantuan.

Slowest Jimmy Johns in the world. The workers will flirt with each other and ignore inshop tickets. Took us 45 minutes to get a few sandwiches when there was nobody else there, the workers got an attitude with us. There was also blood on the seat and water all over the kitchen. Highly recommend going to subway instead. There were 4 people standing around doing nothing.

This location appears to be terribly mismanaged. There are never more than 2 employees working during the lunch rush. The last several times I’ve placed an order online, I still have to wait once I get there to pick it up. This is after the 15-20 minutes from placing the order to arriving. The last online order I placed, when I got there I was told they no longer had the menu item I ordered (even though it was still available online and being advertised in store). I’m a Jimmy John’s fan, but this location is not representative of what the brand should be.
