This has been me and my wife’s go to spot over the past year or so. It’s been more difficult to obtain since we haven’t had a vehicle. However after going a very long time without it we ordered it through Instacart and it was like biting into heaven. We love this place. So delicious.

Every time I’m in there, the employees are kind and quick. Yesterday, only two employees were working but they worked hard to get the orders out. The subs I have had have been excellent! Only issue is the parking lot sucks. Very dangerous with how people zip through there, so watch out if you go here!

Paid $10.00 for a “kids meal” because the only way to enter salami and cheese on a sandwich was to ring it up and remove items. I feel like maybe a better way to do this but employee acted like 100% only way. The place was filthy and sticky. Would not recommend based on quality, cost and overall cleanliness.

I’ve never had it 1st let’s start there, but anyways.
When I got here it was surprisingly clean… No like clean. There were no line, and the ppl were working.
I walked in and Brad was like hey and I smiled immediately he looked and asked if I had an online order. I told him “actually I’ve never been here before”
He like: welcome! well our famous sub is (I forgot) but it was really easy to order.
I end up getting the spicy chicken with gluten free bread and ️HONEY! anyways different story. So after I order my food I look in my wallet. Yo my credit card is gone man I’m like “man,dang dude took my card shoot fudge”
I’m almost in tears cause I’m hungry.
Brad said “how bout u can app me, and I’ll use my card”
My eyes was sooooooo big I was sooooooo hungry and happy
Man I cashed app that man so quick
He told me to slow down but yeah I appreciate him for that.

The club on a sub, always my go to, is usually outstanding but the bread on this visit didn’t seem as fresh. Good taste, just not what I have experienced at other Firehouse locations.

Poor quality and they can never seem to get the orders right. I ordered a sub with pepperoni, cheese, and sauce. They forgot the sauce so I got a sub with a couple pieces of pepperoni, very little cheese, no sauce, and garlic bread. Very, very dry and tasteless. Boooooooo, you give Firehouse Subs a bad name. Won’t be back!

I always order our food online and everytime I show up at the time quoted our food is never done… I don’t mind waiting a little longer but wish they would tell me a quote time more realistic so I’m not sitting in their lobby for 20+ minutes
