I’m not sure what the standard for black olives is but I’m pretty pissed that “more black olives” is 5 1/2 olives. Especially since the employees were so friendly to my face, then gave me this shit. Highly disappointing yet not all that surprising.

Food is mediocre service is horrible they never have any change for you and they always expect you to go next door and spend money just to break the change that you have I carry nothing but hundreds and fifties on me and they always expect me to spend more just to break it this is the closest to me as I live only two blocks away and I am tired of the owners not doing a damn thing and then they want you to spend money at Happy Rock next door which is probably owned by the same owner so really is it doing any justice maybe Subway needs to carry more money on them

Me and my boyfriend went in and she got our orders correct but my bread was cracking and stale and she also dropped a jalapeño and then put it right back on my sandwich. it was disgusting to witness and it ruined our entire meal

I ordered 2 six inch subs for me and a coworker.
They made them exactly opposite of what we asked. So I called and nd got accused of being not nice . I never cussed or raised my voice. Only expressed my concern that I am on lunch break didn’t have time to wait.
She said I had to bring the sandwiches back so she could remake them.
I had to come back with the sandwhiches so she remade them. So I ordered and by 12:36 I was able to eat. My sandwhiches were due at 11:50

Ordered food on Saturday night for delivery. It never showed and I’ve been trying to get a refund since. Nothing but a run around. Twice someone was supposed to call and straighten this out. Twice I’ve had to call and find out either Manager didn’t call in or as if tonight, Manager went home. $27 worth of food disappeared but no one can be bothered to rectify the situation.

I love Subway. Have loved it for years. But holy wow. This location is just…so freakin slow! It’s fast food. Not snail food. I could get my food made faster at Olive Garden. I worked for Subway for 10 years, so maybe it’s just the high turnover rate at this location. Today was the only day that it’s been fast for me in a while but that was after some nice lady came and took over for the guy who started making my sandwiches. These people need to put more effort in to get people in and out. This has been going on for months. Just shocked at how slow these people are after having worked here for months

Everyone here is always so rude. By always I mean always. Every time we have come into this subway they’re super rude, nasty, condescending for no reason. I don’t get it at all. Really disappointing. I like subway but we have stopped going here almost entirely. Today we had gotten done with a long road trip and was on the way home and just wanted subway for the first time in months. Have to deal with nasty attitude. I finally decided to leave a review because it’s just ridiculous.

I placed an order online to the website and when I hit submit, there was some type of error where it said to try my payment again or use a different card. Well, I checked my bank account and the money was taken out of my card. So I called the subway I placed my order at and they did not receive it. The phone was then handed to the acting manager who promptly told me there was nothing he could do, and the only person who could help was not there. He was very unfriendly and talked as if he were just trying to get rid of me as fast as he could, I couldn’t even get my money back unless this other manager was there and he refused to try and help any other way. This was a horrible customer experience, and from what I’ve learned working retail fast food, when these things come up, you’re supposed to try and make up for the bad experience, not push the customer out and tell them they maybe can get their money later. So the call ended with me losing my money and no food.

Don’t eat at this location at 72nd and north oak. They use expired meats and redo the expiration dates on their meats. This is done at the direction of the manager Eric. I’ve even had a couple of employees tell me this and the reason is to cut costs. Knowing this I doubt if I ever eat at a subway again and I would not recommend anyone else eat there either. Today I saw 6 Gladstone police officers eating there and I really did want to go in and tell them what they were eating, I hope they don’t get sick and cannot perform their duties.

Three months later, current employees informed me that manager Eric is still making people change the dates on the meat.
I had contacted subway and obviously they are not taking this seriously.
They were more interested in who the employees were that originally informed me of this, rather than dealing with the issue itself..
So eat at your own risk, but I will not be eating subway anymore.
