This Dunkin is really great. I’ve been coming here for a really long time, and every time I come, they always make my drink exactly right. This is the only Dunkin location that can make my drink exactly how I like it. The staff is always really nice and friendly!

I came in to get a hot chocolate and asked about different flavorings I can add to the drink. The man who spoke with me taking my order started practically yelling at me. For no good reason the store owner or general manager just started raising his voice at me for simply asking a question about their menu. They were not even busy. They have an extremely unpleasant, unprofessional location here. I’ve came here many times due to working in the area and overall they have no sense of customer service and respect, but this was the straw that broke the camels back.

I ordered hash browns from this place and it was so gross I had to spit it out. It tasted like they used old oil from days ago. I have had hash browns from other dunkins before and they tasted nothing like this. I don’t know how they can get away with that. Just awful. Never will go here again.

Today was the second time I’ve came here a full hour before closing and the young kid working there’s claims his frozen drink machines “are down tonight”. The truth is he cleaned them way too early and doesn’t feel like cleaning them again. Kid needs a new job. Kid, try McDonald’s. I’ve heard that they do the same thing with their ice cream machines, you’d fit in great.

I have a mobile order and i pick it up. The 1st guy said the order just came in itll be like 5 minutes. I said okay. Then this other guy comes out of no where and says “you’re order just came and now we have a line.” I said “okay?” I took the bag from him and he got mad that i “snatched” the order out of his hand. I ordered a Refresher, a wake up wrap and 2 donuts through the mobile order for my boyfriend and he said that the donuts were very fresh, the wrap was very tasty and the refresher was amazing considering it was about 2 in the afternoon.

Best Dunkin in the area IMO. Iced coffee is always made perfectly and food is great. Never had any issues at this location, I drive past another Dunkin just to come to this one. It’s that good.

I ordered online at 3:08 today to the dunkin on 235 rt 73 north West Berlin Nj. The employee handed me the completely wrong drink so I pointed it out and showed my mobile order to him. He said he didn’t care, if I wanted him to make it again, I’d have to pay for it. He said his boss told him he is to never remake a drink (even if it’s wrong). I’m not one to complain but his behavior was unacceptable.
