I am very disappointed I ordered off doordash because I wanted to try something new only to find out it’s a ghost kitchen using Ruby Tuesday whose food quality has gone down significantly I ordered the shrimp scampi and the noodles were very greasy, very bland the cheese wasn’t melted at all the shrimp was somewhat overcooked the bread sticks was warm no type of seasoning just plain bread lol definitely not ordering from them again

THIS IS NOT PASTA AMERICANA!!! This is Ruby Tuesday. And the food is just as disgusting!!!! No taste, tiny portions, not worth it! If I had known I was ordering from RT, I wouldn’t have ordered. Very good! I was surprised by the quantity of shrimp available in my shrimp pasta. I ordered an extra shrimp skewer, which was 4 big shrimp in a box, because I’m used to not getting enough. There was honestly too much! The temperature wasn’t great, but that’s likely a hazard of Uber eats rather than the restaurant. Great flavor! I’d happily order again.

This is what you get when you order. Tasteless food when hard pasta and very little sauce. This was supposed to come with shrimp as well. What a waste of 18 dollars. Will never order from here again. Make sure everyone knows not to waste there money on this horrible place.

I used doordash but I didn’t realize this was Ruby Tuesday. I had been warned not to eat there so once I saw that I was worried. When my shrimp pasta arrived though i was impressed it was tasty and cooked very well. The salad didn’t look as appetizing maybe the croutons are supposed to be black but they were not crispy or appealing at all.

I should have pay attention to the reviews. With a door dash order. No silverware, no plates. No napkins. Now the food would have been better from Domino’s. This pasta is dry and the chicken is you guessed it DRY. What a waist of money. BTW my doordash driver was fantastic.

I can’t attest to the atmosphere because I ordered delivery. What I can say is that I got it within an hour on a Sunday evening. We ordered a family meal of chicken carbonara. The portion is more than I expected! And then taste is even better! They forgot my bread sticks, but honestly I’m not even mad about it lol

We ordered pasta from this uh resturaunt ? The sauce tasted like the sauce from Chef Boyardee and the meat was rubbery not like anything I have ever tried. I can’t even feed it to my dog. We spent 50.00 and We can’t eat it. The side salad was okay. They say it’s italian but it really is awful.

Love the place been going for years . I am not sure if again management and staff has changed, so I’m being nice to say the food was dry and COLD??? It was spinach/artichoke dip ,which, if prepared and served HOT with fresh, not chewy, chips, is delicious. The waitress was irritated so her slides of the water and silverware made noise and spills , walked like the floor was egg shells, didn’t care to speak or engage in conversation which is fine since we were there to eat not socialize ,will go back to see if this is hopefully not their new normal if so…WE’RE DONE.

With inflation so high this place just wasted $50 of my families money. This is simply ridiculous they put a table spoon of sauce out of a can onto dry and rubbery noodles and meat and call it Italian. Beware this is actually RUBY TUESDAYS not a stand alone restaurant.
