Pulled to drive thru to be told I had to come inside and place my order at a kiosk because of shift change. Only for the car right behind me to be accepted?? I walk in and all employees immediately turn away. I place my order, and it was wrong. As I hand it back I can hear the employees say I did something wrong. I get my order and go to sit in the lobby that is disgusting. Worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had.

There is no way this should look like this.
The bun is cold and hard, and the patty is hard and dry. The cheese that has been on it so long, when it was placed in the microwave, its edges became hard. They even microwaved the lettuce. 5.00 wasted,
There were 5 people standing around, doing nothing as I waited the 3 minutes for this food that is not fit for consumption. I am 100% for paying people a fair wage, but why is it ok to service this type of product? I understand that things will cost more, and I am willing to pay it. But do not go backward in what you are charging for.
You need to do better Wendy’s.

Absolute horrible store. EVERY TIME we’ve come here we wait FOREVER for someone to answer at the drive thru and when they do they are rude. This being the only “fast food” place around for some distance you think they’d be on top of it. They are NEVER busy when we’ve come. And still takes at LEAST 15/20 mins to get in and out if not longer. Looks like they’ve got 2 people working, 1 person sitting in the office scrolling on their phone and the other outside chain smoking cigarettes and chatting with some dude. Very unprofessional. I get it, it is just “Wendy’s” but damn the Wendy’s from my town is literally great. Whoever owns this store, needs to clean house and get an entire new staff & actually care about their location. I would be embarrassed to have this disgrace of a store on my name.

There were 3 cars total in line and we had to wait 20 minutes to get our food. Very poor service. The food quality was also not up to Wendy’s standard.

Took 15 minutes for the staff to get to the three orders ahead of mine, just to tell me they were out of chocolate Frosty, the only thing I ordered. So I changed to one of the newer frosty blends, and watched it take the manager nearly four minutes to make it. And they were completely neglecting the drivethrough all the while.

I would say for a Wendy’s the food was just a little below par. Hamburger bun seem to be a little crusty / stale Not sure why as the amount of burgers they go through.
The staff was very friendly.
The beverage unit definitely needed some attention. As a Coke flavoring was very diluted and it was quite messy.

Stopped by Wendy’s expecting a quick, classic fast-food fix — but left disappointed (and fry-less). They were completely out of French fries, which feels a bit like a pizza place running out of dough. When we asked about it, the staff seemed more annoyed than apologetic, as if we’d personally offended them by wanting fries at a burger joint.
The food we did get was just okay, but honestly, it’s hard to enjoy a burger without fries. Between the rude service and missing menu staples, this visit was a letdown. Hopefully, management can get things back on track, because this Wendy’s definitely wasn’t “fresh, never frozen” — it was just cold and cranky.

We waited in the drive thru line for 17 minutes only to be told they were out of almost everything we wanted to order. We left and went somewhere else. Three other cars also pulled out of the drive-thru line without being served. I bet Dave is rolling over in his grave!

Waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru at 11pm. Nobody would talk through the microphone. Pulled around to the window and the staff not only avoided me but tried to hide from me. I work late hours and just wanted some food. Highly disappointed.

Came at 5:45pm to get drive thru. Ordered quickly, but had to tell the person taking the order what the meal was because she couldn’t take the numbers it confused her. Pulled around and was behind one car, no customer inside restaurant. The car got a small bag of food and two drinks with in minutes of me pulling up behind them. We then waited 19 minutes, and nothing happened no movement, me and the car behind us drove off due to extremely long wait. For a new restaurant, this one is now the pits. Avoid it. Whoever the franchisee need to hire new management, possibly pay better to get better management.
