This place is a true gem! Sarah and Noah took great care of us from start to finish. They were delightful and attentive. This was our third visit and every time we have appreciated the chef’s fresh takes on a dinner menu. The beef and mac n cheese with chimichurri and slaw was off the hook! The espresso martini’s and old fashions hit the mark. And who knew we loved Schnitzel with white mushroom gravy so much?! Just get the strawberry rhubarb crisp for dessert. We appreciate you Cob + Cork!

Food:
Ordered the stromboli and brussel sprouts as an appetizer. Stromboli was a surprising stud of the evening. Just because my S.O. and I did not know what it was, and was pleasantly surprised with the taste. The portion was nice. Brussels sprouts were a pretty standard affair but had a spicy mayo twist that was not offensive. Entrees were the fried chicken that was given a “pretty good” with a shrug rating, but the biscuit that came with the honey butter was talked about multiple times. I had the Jager schnitzel for my entree. Slightly over fried but wasn’t a deal breaker. Mashed potatoes and the carrots were on par. Dessert was the double dark chocolate cake with some ice cream. Again, well made but just a little above average.

Service was a bit slow but there didn’t seem to be lots of staff so it was fine and made for long pauses between courses that my S.O. and I could have uninterrupted conversation.

The atmosphere on this particular day was very intimate and relaxed on an early Saturday evening with the sun setting along the flats. It was probably the main draw of the restaurant’s location.

Nice atmosphere and in a nice area. But our server was very rude and the food was way over priced for what we got. I had the salmon and it was advertised to have roasted vegetables and I had only two tiny sad wilted root vegetables. 80 percent of the dish was then rice. My friend got the crab cakes and they were advertised as a main dish in the seafood and she only got three tiny crab cakes with no side. The only saving grace as far as food goes was the flourless chocolate cake which was very good.

We have been meaning to go here so we finally did. There were many things on the menu we wanted to try. We decided to go with the chefs 3 course special which was great. I got the soup and salmon. Zero complaints here. Very well presented. We also got the ahi as an appetizer. The sear could have been less but it was still quite good. The only thing I didn’t like was the crust on the cheesecake and that’s only because I do not like coconut. It was a strawberry coloda cheesecake. The flavors were there. I just left the crust. I’d definitely recommend this place and we’ll be back for another round.

I recently had dinner at Cobb & Cork. What a nice little place on the way to Chuckanut Dr.
We tried several items off the happy hour menu before having dinner. The food was fabulous! Great atmosphere and great service. A huge thank you to our wonderful server “Lauren” she was absolutely exceptional!! The best service ever.
We will definitely go again.

We went in for dessert! When we walked in we didn’t expect the place to be so nice. The space has a relaxing calm vibe. The service was very friendly and knowledgeable, checked on us a number of times.

I had Mrs. Smith’s Rhubarb Crumble. It was big enough for two to share! This dessert was heavenly delicious ! Homemade ice cream was perfect with the warm rhubarb and strawberry hot dessert and crunchy crumble. The My husband had mint chocolate chip ice cream. I had a taste and you can tell it had fresh mint in it. So refreshing!

So glad we went in and will be back for a full dinner soon!

First time to this restaurant – We read great things about it and were excited to try. My husband ordered an arugula salad, tuna bites, brussels sprouts and rhubarb crisp for dessert plus had a can of cider. I ordered their 3 course meal which included side salad, chicken skewers, biscuit, mashed potatoes, slaw, cranberry sauce and dessert. I had water. The food was delicious, but the portion were sooo small. The chicken was about 4 skewers which was fine, but the salad was maybe 3 fork bites, the mashed potatoes were about 1/8 of a cup and the slaw was about 1 tablespoon. The bill was $118 plus we left a $30 tip. I left there so hungry I had to go find something else to eat!

The service started out OK the place was not busy. It was a bit of a wait to get our dinner. Then the place got busy and they completely forgot to bring our desserts, we waited over 30 minutes for our desserts, finally asked the waiter and he brought them to go because we had another engagement. Our dessert had ice cream which they made in house it was delicious.

All the food tasted fantastic, I would have given everything 5 stars if I didn’t leave hungry and the service was more timely.

Always the place to go for amazing food, drinks, and service. Some of my favorites include the brussels sprouts or a divine espresso drink. To top off an already great experience the server (Lauren) is just exceptional! She never fails to offer the best recommendations and has a splendid attention to detail!

We really enjoyed our night out at Cob and Cork. Lovely atmosphere- we ate on the back deck with beautiful views! Everything we had was amazing and delicious! We loved the firebrand and brie as appetizers and could easily have made a meal just out of these two dishes alone. My husband had the steak and I enjoyed the schnitzel and both were delicious and cooked to perfection. I especially loved the compote and aioli with my schnitzel and delicious oven fries. This immediately went on our list of favorite places we will be visiting again and bringing friends!

Cob + Cork Kitchen/Bar is an old gas station turned awesome dining experience. You have the option of indoor and outdoor dining. It’s still a bit cold out, but we chose to eat on the patio. Soft blankets and a patio heater provided.

*Call ahead to see if reservations are required/recommended.

We started with drinks- a Martini and a Bramble. If you like your drinks extra heavy on the booze, you might find these lacking. I thought they were delicious.

For an appetizer we ordered Chickpea Coconut Cakes with Thai basil and Ginger Pineapple Chutney on the side. It was also served with a light curry sauce. The dish was delicious. Every bite was its own delightful experience. I might have liked them even more if the cakes had more of a toasty crust on the sides and top and a sprinkle of finishing salt.

For Dinner we had the Sicilian Prawn Bowl and the Surf + Surf. We were so impressed with the quality of the ingredients and the layers of flavors. The mashed potatoes had an unexpected texture, and were super yummy.

We rounded it all out with Warm Crumble + Ice Cream at the table, and Caramel Chocolate Cake to go. Both desserts were as amazing as we expected.

The beautiful, decorative, fire lights are not great at providing heat, so the patio could benefit from a few more functional heaters. The patio is clean and well lit and somewhat protected from the traffic noise on Chuckanut Dr. There are outdoor speakers, so we got to enjoy some chill instrumental music while we ate.

Cob + Cork, Nailed it! Amazing food and drinks. **Great Service** Excellent experience. We’ll be back!
