Amazing Awesome
This place never notices customizations. I have ordered here every week for the last half a year, they never cut my sandwich in half. Last order I added roast beef to my sandwich, which cost 2 dollars and they didn’t put it on. It’s annoying. There’s no way to rectify it on their app like other businesses have. Im just out 2 bucks.

I noticed the amount of meat that’s getting smaller and smaller they used to be huge it looks like there’s half the amount of meat on the Hunter’s club I can barely get my mouth around it before now it’s like eating a Subway sandwich I don’t think I’ll be going there much longer I guess I’m going to try Firehouse and other sub chains except for Subway they’re a rip-off too and since they own Firehouse I guess they think they could shrink Jimmy John’s sandwiches down to a size Subway what a shame terrible terrible shame

Came in to order 5 sandwiches and they literally took 20 min! Others were getting orders that came after us and there were 5 workers making other orders like online and drive thru. Pretty slow and the workers were not friendly or hardworking.

You have about a 50/50 shot on your online delivery order being made correctly if you order minus things and add others. Ordered the new bourbon sandwich w no tomato and add extra crispy jalapeños because I like spicy food. And I got the most bland sandwich, can barely taste any of the bourbon sauce, sandwich had tomato’s on it and it didn’t have the crispy jalapeños on it. For what you charge for sandwiches and your employees can rarely get orders made correct just boggles my mind. Pretty sure I’m gonna give up on jimmy johns all together after this. I understand some mistakes happen but I can almost guarantee they seen the sandwich name and just made it without actually reading what was ordered. Glad I’m not allergic to anything. DO BETTER JIMMY JOHNS! You used to be the only place that I could order food with modifications and NEVER had to worry about it being made wrong.

Love this place. Staff are always kind and the good my daughter loves. We go a lot to eat there while doing some of her homeschooling worksheets. The staff neverminds that we hang around longer than it takes to eat our meal.

If there was a 10 stars I would put it without a second thought. This was the best Jimmy Johns experience. The staff was friendly and outgoing, not to mention the front desk guy was having such a good day that he decided to give us free medium drinks and free pickle. And the food was delicious. This is seriously why Jimmy Johns is my favorite fast food joint
