I’ve ordered salads from this location, each time, there is almost no lettuce and it didn’t fill the to go container. Their burritos aren’t mixed/layered well and you only get one item per bite (all rice, all bean, all toppings) and they usually break apart, so I end up eating it with a fork on a plate.
The chicken flavor and new steak were both good though!

Do not go to this Chipotle location. Portions are always incredibly small, I ordered a burrito and usually they do a good job at making it a big sized burrito but this time it was the size of my fist, very very small. It took 3 minutes for the employees to notice me, and another 2 for the employee to actually serve me. The employees were rushing to get everyone out before closing and were throwing food into bags, and threw my burrito bowl into the bag and the lid almost came off. The location was very dirty, with food all over the floors and tables. The kitchen was also out of lettuce, sour cream, tortillas, salsa, and chicken…The food was not warm, it was very cold, bland and flavorless. There are some new workers here who were also very very rude. Very dissapointed in my experience here.

Absolutely appalling experience. The manager was unbelievably rude from the moment I walked in — eye-rolling, dismissive tone, and acting like basic questions were an inconvenience. I’ve never felt so unwelcome as a paying customer.
On top of that, the portions were embarrassingly small. I watched them serve noticeably larger portions to other customers, yet mine looked like it had been cut in half. When I politely asked about it, I was met with attitude instead of an explanation. Stingy doesn’t even begin to describe it.
To make things worse, I was told one price and charged something completely different at checkout. When I brought it up, the manager denied ever saying the original price and refused to correct it. No accountability, no professionalism.
Rude service, tiny portions, and dishonest pricing. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly recommend others think twice before spending their money here.

To go order was sufficient. Chips and guac are always outstanding. I got a double steak bowl…only unfortunate part is too much gristle on the steak…wish they could keep an eye on this when cutting up the meat. Food tasted good.

The food was fine but the lady with the long braid making it needs to relax. She asked me what I wanted. I told her. Then she very rudely said WHAT?! She seemed stressed but it wasn’t even busy. The way she was talking to the staff it seems like she is in a management role.

Food tastes great, but sometimes I question the freshness depending on the time of day. Employees rush you while you order. Strong majority of the time, they’re out of something and I get screwed over since I pay the same even if they happen to be missing over half of the things I want in my burrito bowl. No veggies? No cheese? No lettuce? Receiving the last two tablespoons of queso? You’ll still pay as if they’re giving you full servings and all of the ingredients you want.

This store needs restaffed immediately. When you order double everything in your bowl, you would assume it wouldn’t be the size of a normal bowl. Especially after paying 4 EXTRA DOLLARS, for double chicken just to receive a normal amount. Also, is it really that hard to fill up the container of pico? Chicken = flavorless. Pico = flavorless. Compared to the woodburn chipotle, this is a disgrace.

Service is prompt and friendly. Portion sizes are large, and there are ample choices for proteins and toppings. The chips and salsa were delicious! They rotate different flavored drinks (limeade, etc.) alongside the regular fountain drinks, too!

Came to pick up my food, had a confirmation number and showed that I paid for my food and the girls at the front were so rude and didn’t want to help me. They said they didn’t see anything under my name and to just call customer service that there’s nothing they could help me with. I showed them my confirmation and that it was marked as ready that’s why I came in to pick it up and they said no there’s nothing there for me they can’t do anything and to call customer service or get back in line to reorder. I told them I already paid and they said to call corporate then. They were so rude! Horrible location!

Took over 35 minutes to be served. One person was taking, making and serving everything. Including the other orders on the screen. I’m assuming online. While the 3 other employees clean. There are 9 people in line. Who frequently took a moment to stare at the line and continue cleaning. I know yall don’t care and never will care. How about next time they just say “we are trying to get out of here early so if you want food it’s going to take an hour.” So I could have just left.
