I wish there was a 0 star. I always have problem with my order. Pay for ranch, never there. And today I want to check my order to see if my ranch was there. One of the workers right away said everything is in the back. So I didn’t check I get home. There was no ranch. This is the fourth time happening. I think I will find a new wings place.

I came in an hour before they closed, and they refused to take our order. I went back out to my car and instead placed an online order. The app said it would take 15 minutes, but instead took 45 and then they complained about us ordering food too late. One of the workers there was kind and respectful, but the other one was incredibly lazy, disrespectful, and incompetent. I didn’t catch his name, but he was tall and light skin with a sideways hat. He deserves to be fired and shouldn’t work anywhere unless he learns to fix his attitude.

The heavy black lady was so disgusting disrespectful.
Laughed when I asked if Hawiian sauce was made with honey… she asked “how would I know that”
I have l honey allergy and hope she has the day she deserves.

Mediocre food. Fine service.
Got chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich. The chicken was fine. But not crispy at all. Not sure if it was supposed to be. The sauces were good.
Service was fine.

They forgot half of our order. We didn’t realize till we got home. The wings we did receive were not labeled so we did not know what was what. The wings we did get were 2 different flavors put into the same box and the sauces got mixed together. The fries were very soggy and not good. When we went back, I asked for a refund on the forgotten items. I was told because it was an online order that the refund will take a couple days to go through the general manager.
When I checked the forgotten lemon pepper, the wings were wet in a puddle of grease. And only the top part of the wings had seasoning. That was our first time there. Very disappointed. I want to like them but the food quality and service was poor. It sounded like they were trying to manage several other complaints when I was there so I am guessing I wasn’t the only one. I won’t be going back. Fast food is too expensive now to tolerate this type of quality.

Currently dealing with food poisoning because of their poor quality of food. I have not been able to move all day and have been extremely sick. The chicken tenders came in a pool of grease just as everything else did. The wings had just about zero flavor. The fries were greasy and soggy. If you dont believe me read the rest of the reviews! This place should be shut down immediately in my honest opinion. I wish I would have read the reviews on this place before ordering. This place and the owners should be ashamed of the quality of food and service that they put out. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Slow pickup, but otherwise everything was okay. It’s a franchise so you’re not getting anything different than other WingStops. Garlic parm dry rub was mid. Other liquid sauces were good. Only doing 4/5 because of long wait but they were nice.

So we had put in a mobile order to pick up. Got the food, opened the bag when we got home (in hindsight, we should’ve checked the bag before we even left), and we didn’t even get half of our order! Hey, things happen right? So we called the store to tell them we were missing 60 of our 80 wings. The young kid who answered tried telling us that they were busy and there was nothing they could do and literally told us to call back tomorrow and ask for a refund and made it sound like if we wanted the rest of our order that we’d have to re-order and PAY again. We were on the phone for almost 30 minutes trying to get the rest of our order. Like where did the other half of our order go?! So after arguing with this kid for almost 30 minutes, we finally talked to a lady who said they’d remake our order. We were never offered anything for the inconvenience, barely got an apology. I understand mistakes happen, but they made it seem like it was inconvenience to them that THEY didn’t give us 3/4 of our order in the first place. Awful staff. We will be going to BDubs next time.

aside from the floor being sticky near the drink station, the inside was clean;
After I downloaded the app, the promotion didn’t show up but, the front end staff plus the manager, honored it & I got 5 FOR FREE!!!…..the combo I ordered was a 6pc boneless (3 plain & 3 honey bbq) with fries plus a beverage; my food was done (not rushed) & extremely flavorful……
