Three employees and only two customers inside An Pho tonight just after 7pm but their staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves to take orders. When they eventually do step over to the counter 10 minutes later to take orders then they use a handheld calculator but can use the POS for card payments. Bizarre and their limited food and drink selection is just not worth the friction waiting on them to take initial orders —> let alone make the food <—. Needs a new manager and a couple of self service order screens.

The spring rolls were great! The lady taking our order was very agressive but friendly. The food was ready super quick. Kind of a bummer that it’s on the casino floor so you have to be 21 to enjoy it.

The files are IN the computer?! Yes… the restaurant is IN B the casino! All the way I’m the back on the far side! So worth the trouble trying to find it and asking multiple people. I’m not a broth fan and the chicken was dry… but why was it all so delicious! I drank the broth after bc it was just so flavorful! Extremely impressed and would go again if i had time… delicious, absolutely delicious!!!

The pho was fine. DO NOT get a can of Pepsi… I got charged $5 bucks for a 12 oz can. It was labeled as chrysanthemum on the receipt. When I asked them they said it was correct. I clarified this 12 ounce can of Pepsi is five dollars and she said yes.

The restaurant is hidden inside the play area and being a casino restaurant I wasn’t expecting much at all. I am glad I was wrong. Friendly service and the food is good and authentically cooked. Did not expect to find a nice pho restaurant in Kansas City, MO. Much less one inside a casino.

Worst place in the whole of the casino. Poor service. Only opens for 6 hrs daily except Wednesdays and Thursdays but the passive aggressiveness you’ll experience at this restaurant is like experiencing it 24hrs 7days a week.
Sincerely, the food is not all that good, however after getting beat gambling, it’s the only option that opens late.
Anyhow, if you ever wanna experience poor service, it’s open.

I’ve made 3 attempts to eat here in the course of a week and they’re simply not open, just checked today at 8:00pm, told by someone they may be closed due to weather but my previous 2 attempts were clear days… I’m tired of trying and being disappointed.
