Went through the drive-thru with my son, he got a couple sausage bisquits & i ordered a small caramel macchiato, they didnt ask if I wanted it hot or cold just gave me cold which wouldn’t have been so bad but it wasn’t even full and the guy pretty well shoved the order out the window and disappeared! This place is awful!

It was worth the LONG wait, I’m 52 years young have not eaten McDonald’s since my teens. We were headed on a road trip and decided to stop at Mickey D’s ( my generation). I ordered chicken nuggets WOW I forgot how good they are. FRESH & HOT definitely worth the wait. I will say The Filet-O-Fish that was a disappointment ( it was not HOT and the cheese was not melted)

This location is a cute location. The fries are undercooked, the milk shake was a cup of ice cream, we had to park for our “fresh” order big Mac was not fresh it wasn’t hot it tasted old. I ordered a 20 peice we received no sauce. To much flirting doing nails and on thier phones to really get the order right. Never ever again. Enjoy. It’s sad cause it is cute.

I went thru the drive thru and ordered a Quater pounder with cheese and Bacon. No ketchup, No mustard, No onions! When I got to the window and was handed the receipt. I noticed it was wrong I advised the person at the window. She went and told another person. Then 3 other people came to the window and proceeded to angrily say that I was wrong I didn’t order that. Then another woman who was missing her front teeth nicotine stained and very nasty keep saying I was wrong and she was tried of people accusing her order takers of taking the order wrong?? I didn’t accuse anyone of anything only that it was wrong! They took it back.then a very nice men asked me to check the hamburger to see if it was right . In front of him I opened it and it was still wrong! No bacon had mustard he takes it back .the very rude lady with teeth missing. Then says there is bacon i told no there is no bacon and literally she called me a liar! She kept saying I removed the the bacon and called me a liar! Then the gentleman tells her can you just put bacon on the burger! She mumbles very rude remarks about me. They the give me a tiny piece of bacon to put on it. I was so offended. But it didn’t end there i get home and the hamburger is raw! Couldn’t even eat it !! I wanted to take it back but felt threatened by the employees. Never have I ever been treated so badly. And to be called a liar when it was thier mistake and refused to make it right.

No surprise, I should have known. This McDonald’s was opened sometime in 2024. I was “optimistic” because the McDonald’s close by on Clark Ln is ungodly slow. However at Clark Ln, they at least get the food right most of the time.
This McDonald’s though, is bad. I tried to give it grace because it was new. We’ve tried it a few times since it opened and about 15% of the time it’s successful. Today, I ordered a Big Mac meal. What I got was a….Mac Quarter Pounder? It had 3 buns, Big Mac patties, large onion slices, ketchup, mustard, no big mac sauce and no lettuce. But hey, it was in a Big Mac box!
Go to Smiley Lane, Nifong, or maybe Business Loop instead.

Have been here a few times and every burger has straight up been room temp, not even warm. Either their temp system is functioning incorrectly or they just simply don’t use it. The fries last night were actually hot for once (after waiting 15 min behind the same two cars that were there when I pulled up) but you could tell the fryer grease was very old. Eat here if you want to feel sick.

staff is so rude. They’re always late and then get upset with you for trying to figure out where your food is. I’ve had multiple issues with this McDonald’s were you’re having to argue with the staff bc they think you’re lying about getting your food so they don’t even want to give it to you. Half the time you go in they just walk by you and don’t say anything. Super unfriendly. I don’t recommended this McDonald’s at all.

All tables filthy, had to step behind counter a least get someone’s attention for napkins and having to use the machine to order had no idea what a tent table was and no numbers on dirty tables so just entered a one. Why bother with this corporation anymore when so many other fast food places are cleaner, more attentive to dine in and one employee in dining area refused to help a customer or get help in back because she was off ♀️

I love seeing young people get their money . But it’s establishments like this , that paint our youth in a bad light. Throwing fries. Waiting up to and hour and a half for some chicken nuggets and drink . Fries still being gold . Nuggets soaked in grease. I was there and not a single customer while I waited was satisfied with their order. Something’s gotta change before this place goes under. I’m sure McDonald’s being a cooperation has the disposable income to keep this place afloat but it shouldn’t the food alone is borderline inedible And every Person in their should be ashamed for the way they carried themselves. No one should have to hear you flirt cuss and say vulgar things to your coworkers. The place needs a serious purge. No stars . Negative stars. This was beyond unacceptable
