This place is surprisingly big for a Vietnamese restaurant, with lots of parking, which is a huge plus—especially when dining with kids. The space is clean and comfortable, and service was fast with nothing to complain about.

The food was actually pretty good. We ordered the Pad Thai (glass noodle dish) and Vermicelli dish and kids pho, and both tasted relatively good and satisfying. Portions were decent and the kids were full, which always matters.

As for authenticity, I’d say it feels quite close to good Vietnamese flavours. Overall, a solid spot with good space, convenient parking, and reliable food. Would come back again.

Food was delicious, the grilled pork bahn mi was to die for. Their pho broth is genuinely some of the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve been all across the united states trying vietnamese food everywhere I go. Totally forgot to take a picture of the food beforehand, but I have the remnants of a delicious dinner in front of me. Tea was served hot at no added cost. Atmosphere is a 4 because the lighting is not super neurodivergent friendly.

Tried to call in a to-go order, no one answered the phone. Arrived to the restaurant at 8:00, google stated they were open until 8:30 on Saturday. They refused to take my order and claimed they were closed. Best part, as I was leaving, someone walked in and was served by restaurant. VERY poor management and professionalism. Don’t waste your time, look for better place to eat.

I’ve been in a few times. Always consistent amazing food. It’s always ready really fast. Prices are great, and well worth it! Fresh flavors.

Another great experience! This time we ordered To Go. Still perfect. Employees were very nice, double checking to make sure get got everything we ordered, and smiling the whole time.

This Pho spot is a great place for Vietnamese Pho. The Pho was loaded with meat and delicious. The menu also had a huge variety of dishes to choose from. What I liked most about this place was the service. All the employees were attentive to their customers and even went the extra mile of helping me put my left overs in a box and bag for me. The atmosphere was clean and calm. This is a great place for families as there was plenty of seating, but it is also a place where you can go and eat in the company of yourself or with a significant other. I highly recommend this Pho spot to anyone looking for quality food and great service. I also recommend order the normal size Pho, the portion was so large a large is enough for two or three people.

Pho Basil has extremely good food and banh mi’s! Their portions are big and the food is fresh and the vegetables are crisp. Their grilled pork bahn mi is excellent and made on a delicious baguette and has a good meat to vegetable ratio. Their vermicelli bowls also have fresh vegetables and really good meat. Staff is very friendly and they try to get the food out quickly. The pho soup is hot and delicious with generous portions of meat! The parking lot is ample.

Stopped for a quick lunch. Greeted and seated very quickly at a table with chairs. Most of the previous restaurant booths are gone, which is too bad because I enjoy a booth. Ordered a Thai iced tea and a bahn mix with pork. Drink arrived first, sandwich quickly followed. Really nice sized sandwich with a lot of great flavor. Really enjoyed it. Service was slow to bring the check, but could be partly because of where I was seated. Reasonably priced. Will definitely be back.

There is another namesake south of here [Everett] so I was curious if it might be of the same caliber. It was recommended to go here for Chinese as it was prior to new acquisition. It was great so I recommended and brought a guest. Much to our disappointment, quality of food is beyond scrap! Meat had foul taste and odor. Went again for the third time thinking previous experience is an off-chance. Nope! Food/meat parading as if it is edible! Not worth the risk of getting sick!

Stopped by for dinner. We both had the Vermicelli bowl one beef and of chicken. They were fresh and delicious. The beef was tasty and had a perfect char to it. The sauce they had on the table side was excellent. They also came with egg rolls in the bowl. The service was good. The food was excellent. I will return.

I’ve dined in and ordered takeout from this place multiple times. The service has declined compared to last year, and even takeout has been disappointing. My recent Pho (Vegetarian Noodle Soup) came missing toppings, mung sprouts, and garnishes. Prices have gone up, and the broth tastes different every time. The seating is spacious with booths but no tables, making for a comfortable ambience. Sometimes the experience is decent, other times it’s not. Consistency is definitely lacking for a place I used to enjoy.
