We ordered three of the Cajun pastas. We paid 18$ each, just for it to be skimpy and they didn’t even have the garlic bread which it comes with. This was the worst experience we’ve had with takeout. Tried to call about it no one answered. I realized they were closed so I decided to make a review.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating. I received a burger that was undercooked, with raw ground beef in the center. I didn’t realize how undercooked it was until I was already home. I called the restaurant to address the issue and was told a manager would come to the phone, but after waiting for an extended period of time, no one ever did. I remained calm and respectful, but the situation was never resolved.
Serving raw ground beef is a food safety concern, and the lack of follow-up made it worse. This experience was disappointing and unfair as a customer.

The restaurant was the cleanest Chili’s I’ve ever been. The staff was amazing! There was a clerical ERA with the food but the staff cleared it up completely. Our party of 5 experience was golden. Taylor the manager was very understanding and professional.

After driving all day we stopped here to eat and was told it would be 30min in an almost empty restaurant since my family of 6 didn’t want to sit at the bar. The host looked like she got excitement out of telling us this. The manager came over and got us seated earlier. Our waitress changed our whole mood she was Wonderful, Amazing, Great did I say “AMAZING”. If you go there ask to be seated in Brittany Smith section. My 2 cents is be careful who you have at your front door.

We waited almost 10 to be greeted by our server at 6:30. A few minutes after the server took our drink order, she brought one hot water with lemon, then the unsweet tea & took our order, she told us they were out of chicken, chicken quesadillas & Mac and cheese & another side item I can’t remember and added they were short-staffed. The restaurant wasn’t crowded and we noticed three other servers in our area. We ordered two Old Time burgers & fries. The hamburgers were good, but the fries were just warm. We’ve eaten here several times before because we like the price-point, but this experience was different. Not sure if management has changed or they were having a very bad day. It will be a while before we go back.

Sorry about this, but management needs to staff to seat and serve. I’m sure the hard working staff are doing the best they can with the tools/staff they have to work with. My son and I came in about 1:15 for lunch and were roundly ignored. The bartender finally said they would be right with us. After another 10 minutes we left. I noticed only one server plus the bartender trying to handle 8 or 9 tables.

I ordered online for pick up. They didn’t put all the food I paid for in the order. Employee complained about me to her manager without putting herself on mute or me on hold. Will not be returning. Would much rather spend my hard earned money at a place that hires people that treat you like a valuable customer instead of a just the middle man to get your money.

Host was not at station to greet us, waited 5 minutes. Food took a long time to come out, and it was prepared incorrectly so we had to wait again. Server was nice and apologetic but no manager came out and no compensation was offered (or asked for). The burger was tasty but as a long time Chili’s customer, they have gone way downhill and they have pretty much lost me as a customer. It’s a shame because their food is good but the attitude of staff is generally uncaring and atmosphere is unappealing.My local Chili’s is even worse than this one. Just FYI, you can’t get chili at Chili’s anymore?!
