Customer service was excellent and extremely helpful. Unfortunately our sandwich came half rubbery (very chewy). The sides and the other half of the sandwich was excellent. Otherwise would have rated higher.

Ellington’s supplied the complimentary breakfast for Embassy Suites and the food did not taste good. Food was cold, eggs were rubbery and French Toast was hard. I will not be eating this breakfast again.
