We have never experienced such poor service anywhere. We ordered our pizza online. It was advertised to be ready in 15 minutes but took well over an hour. We arrived early and waited until it was almost time to get in the drive through pick up line. After a long wait, the line moved slowly. When we arrived at the window, after another long wait they said it wasn’t ready and to move up . We drove around and got back in the line. We got out and went inside to a long line of people waiting, I waited at the counter for a long time before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. I asked for a refund if my pizza wasn’t ready. He couldn’t do that. Finally he brought my pizza in a partially closed box and apologized for the wait. It was the wrong crust but we took it and left.

If you are reading this… go somewhere else. Placed an order for delivery and it never came. So after about 45 minutes, thought I should go pick it up and they were closed…totally sucked!!! Ordered Dominoes… not my favorite Pizza, but it got here on time and it showed up! Why would u accept an order if u have no intentions on delivering or having it ready? SMFH…

This was crap i have never got pizza this bad from any pizza hut in my whole life. The crust was nonexistant in some spots and the service was some of the worst i have ever recieved. We are feom out of town and would never get this where we from. Very sad fire the whole night crew

If you place an online and pay online for pickup please make sure you get a receipt once you get your food. Yesterday I purchased the 9.99 deal and didn’t include a tip since I was picking it up. My total was $10.89. Today I get an alert that my charge was updated $2 more; which is what happens when you tip. Obviously someone forged my name on the receipt and added $2 for a tip.The manager lied like it wasnt on their end. I will be contacting corporate and NEVER doing business at the Spillway location ever again.

So good. I use to love Pizza Hut and now that one is close we are taking advantage of it. Contactless pick up is convenient and everyone has been very nice. Pizza is delicious!! Only complaint and we see it more and more these days. When a customer says “Thank you”. Acknowledge them and say Thank You back. It goes a long way. Don’t forget who pays your check.

Although I never received my pizza the evening before, Greg (the manager on duty) went above and beyond to make things right. He listened to my complaint and provided a solution with no excuses. I will continue to order from this establishment multiple times throughout the week all because of Greg’s character and quality assurance. You rock, Greg!!
