I called in this afternoon to order 5 pizzas for work. Whomever answered the phone had no clue what they were doing and was more concerned about what was going on around them then taking my order. Needless to say the order was completely screwed up when we arrived to pick it up. They wanted to argue with me about what I ordered. That was more important to them than making it right. And making excuses for their screw up. I work around the corner and order pizza a lot. Needless to say we will not be going back. I would not reccommend this location to anyone.

This is my first time at Papa Romano’s and for the most part it was pretty simple. Me and my women sat down looked over the menu. I placed my order, customer service was nice. Until I sat back down and my women told me about the lady who took my order behavior behind my back while I was ordering. She continually rolls her eyes at her walks to the back, comes back(as I was getting up to order) and says “let me know when your ready to order”. No one else is in line, we aren’t holding her up from doing her job (like sweeping the floor) so I dont understand the attitude. Got the pizza and the feta cheese isnt even melted. I dont think ill be back to Papa Romano’s. I only ordered the pizza half feta and bread stick, and even the bread stick were wrong. July 11, 2025

I had a disappointing experience at this pizza place that I feel compelled to share. I walked in because I saw a sign on the door advertising that slices were available all day. Excitedly, I ordered two slices and paid for them. Just two minutes later, I was informed that I would need to purchase an entire pizza for nine dollars instead of the five dollars I had just paid for my two slices because they were “closing early.” Mind you, this was at 7:20 PM, and their posted closing time is 9 PM! I asked for a refund and left in frustration. This kind of service is unacceptable. What happened to valuing your customers? There should be an option for zero stars

Just earned a lifetime customer from me, after an absolute failure on a recent order from little ceasars, that had me waiting 30 mins and ultimately walking out the door with no pizza. I ordered online at papa romanos website and was back in my driveway in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES, granted I live 2 minutes down the road, guess id rather pay more for timely service than cheap pizza.

Zero for presentation!! Who gets the squashed bread??? Ordered deep dish cheese bread and the sauces were on top.. We only noticed when we got home that the deep dish was no longer deep rather thin crust!!! I was rather annoyed by this and phoned to ask why they put sauces on top. I asked to speak to the manager who had an aggressive tone on the phone. I was abruptly told that that’s the policy to put the sauce on top and I need to request it to be put on the side!! The manager was very rude and didn’t want to listen to what I had to say. Not a happy customer! EDITED TO ADDED – 4 months later and several emails I never got a reply!!!

I ordered a delivery of 2 BLT Pitas and some bread. We could not hardly chew the bacon, it was like tire rubber, the pits bread was old, cracked and barely edible. I RARELY do this but our food is still sitting here because we couldn’t chew it. I spent $30 on food we couldn’t eat. I’m so disappointed. We’ve been ordering from Mr. Pita for over a decade
