Beautiful location, wonderful ambience, 14 different Ramens to choose from. I got the Jinya Chicken Ramen, I added corn and a side of spicy sauce. My friend brought me here when I was visiting SoCal. It was my first time trying a ramen restaurant in over a decade. I was thoroughly impressed! We came in late on a busy night, closer to closing, but they seated us with a smile, and never made us feel rushed. The waitress was patient and took the time to answer questions.
Our food came out quickly and was incredible. The broth was delicious and the ingredients tasted fresh. This was a great Ramen experience and has made me want to explore this genre of food more.

Jinya serves delicious Japanese ramen with great flavor and excellent noodles. The only downside was that the soup wasn’t quite hot enough. Overall, still a very good ramen experience.

The vibe was nice definitely a spot to take a late night date too. Food wasn’t bad got spice level 6 I like spicy food underestimated the spice level. Kids meal is awesome comes with so much food perfect for a picky eater or kids who want options. Service was nice we were seated immediately and had refills brought without us having to ask loved it.

We visited JINYA Ramen Bar on a busy Friday night and had a great experience. My grandfather is from Japan (Osaka) and he really loved the JINYA Tonkotsu Original 2010*. It was his favorite. I personally enjoyed the wontons and the spicy sauce had a good kick. Even though it was crowded, the staff welcomed us warmly and even greeted us in Japanese, which meant a lot. The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere feels v lively with family. We liked it very much.

I have been coming to JINYA ramen bar before they reached Eastvale and was in Santa Monica. They definitely expended their menu alot. Our server was really nice because I accidentally got a mocktail thinking it was a cocktail and I asked if they could add alcohol which he let me. I do think they could use more workers when there busy, but the gentleman attending us was fast and straight to the point. The cocktails were delicious. I do think their chicken and pork slices in the ramen could be bigger, they’re a big small for what you’re paying.

We came and i saw that the restaurant is pretty slow.
She asked us that we need to wait for 10-15 minutes . At first, i feel confused because there is a lot of empty table but we still need to wait. I still trying to be patient
I saw the queue line that there is 2 people and 1 person that not been sitting . I feel confused when she said that they don’t have enough employees.
After that we have been sitting 9.08 and i order 2 water , crispy chicken , tonkotsu ramen black, and spicy chicken ramen. The crispy chicken come at 9.15 and the ramens come at 9.43 pm. Hm… for me i used to come to this restaurant for many times and today i need to wait almost 30 minutes just for ramens. It’s not even busy. He just got 5 tables and some to go.
I saw the other tables, their food comes slow as well.
What makes me frustrated that they don’t serve spoon on the table too. I need to ask the spoon.
Overall, i saw 3 ladies and 2 men working on the restaurant. I feel some disappointment today. I used to came here and everything is so excellent and fast.
I finish my whole bowl, but to be honest, their ramen broth is not even Hot . I don’t even know how they serve it.
Tekstur of the noodle is too firm, maybe they didn’t cook it well or they leave for along time before serving to my table. Crispy chicken is good. However, the tonkotsu ( meat) tastes weird.
Maybe this is my last come! What a disappointment for ramen that price around 18$ with what i get !

Ive gone there a few times, but the last time i went there was disappointing. i ordered some ramen, and karage chicken. the broth and meat on the ramen was average at best. but what really dissapointed me was the vegetables. too many vegetables. not sure who is making the ramen but they smother it in large unchopped vegetables. i ordered some bamboo shoots with my ramen, they brought me over a large uncut piece of bamboo shoot. Chop your vegetables. also i feel like they skimped on the meat or broth.

This place is a hidden gem! The food was excellent. Our servers Erica and Aliha were great. Erica was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and ingredients. I have a food sensitivity/allergy and she was so helpful in assisting me to choose the right items. Aliha was on it when it came to service. She offered refills/extras right away and had such a genuinely great customer service vibe, anticipating our needs ahead of time. We had the miso glazed eggplant (sooo good) the Jinya chicken, garlic rice, original tonkotsu and a kids meal. All of it was phenomenal! Will definitely be going again soon.

Had the opportunity to take my son out for an evening before thanksgiving. We were seated right away, and loved what the menu had to offer. The atmosphere was a total vibe, and the details of the restaurant are impeccable. The ramen? Absolutely fantastic. My 9 year old ordered the kids meal, and managed to devour every speck. In his words “that was the best meal EVER!!!” And he officially declared it to be his new favorite place to eat. My Spicy Chicken Ramen was absolutely perfection, and was a massive portion.
