Omgg I came on Tuesday around 8ish pm. Mind you I always go to this one only because the other Starbucks don’t make my iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso correct. The employees at this location always slay! And I want to appreciate an employee that went above and beyond with her customer service! Her name I think she told me was shanelle. This was my first visit to the Starbucks pick-up only location at 1100 N Moore Ave in Moore, and it was a great experience. I walked in, placed my order, & I really enjoyed the small banter and conversation with the barista—he was sooo kind, helpful, and nice.

I ordered my usual, a vanilla chai tea latte and a warmed butter croissant, which were both delightful. The flavors were spot on, and the croissant was perfectly warm and flaky. What truly set this visit apart was the exceptional customer service at the drive-through window. The young lady who served me was not only pleasant but also respectful, making the whole experience more enjoyable. It’s rare to see such attentive and friendly service right from the start, and it definitely makes me look forward to my next visit.

I just purchased, through a drive thru, a peppermint mocha. When at window they try to hand me a sugar cookie latte. I tell them that’s a wrong order. They ask us to pull around, They come out a 2 min later with the exact same cup, but written on it “peppermint mocha” next to sticker. They added peppermint to the sugar cookie latte! Tasted it, definitely not a mocha. Paying too much for a coffee to just try to wing it. I don’t have time to wait for my drink to be corrected another time. Poor customer service Starbucks! Do better!!

I asked for no whip cream on my drink and it says it on the receipt when I pull up to the window there was whipped cream on my Frappuccino so I just told her hey this is supposed to be no whip.
