I ordered some rotisserie chicken wings and received half-cooked wingdings. The photo showed whole wings 6, so why did they send me 6 wingdings? I ordered on Uber Eats, and they need to remove this location from the app. NONE OF THEIR CHICKEN IS ROTISSERIE!!!!

I wish I would have read the reviews first. The food was HORRIBLE. I wanted creamed spinach which was my reason for placing an order. Ordered just sides…spinach, mac n cheese and sweet potatoes. The spinach was just spinach…NO CREAM. The sweet potatoes would be good if I needed baby food in a pinch and the mac and cheese is absolutely flavorless. It was also packed poorly and the baby food got all over everything. I will absolutely never order from here again. I can’t believe how far downhill Boston Market has gone. UGH

Super upset as a woman who is pregnant and had a craving for Boston market . And the food wasn’t want I expected rice was hard, my chicken noodle soup noodles were hard as well. Mac and cheese was watery. The only thing I could eat was the corn bread and chicken everything else did not taste fresh and was a no for me sorry. Smh

Just ordered thru Uber eats. This cannot be Boston market. This food was horrible! The chicken was dry and the corn was not sweet. I will not be ordering from here again.

So decided to go to BM for dinner tonight. I ordered Mac and cheese, sweet potato casserole, and quarter dark chicken. Let’s start with packaging/branding. The food was packed in a tan corner store container. The food was bland. The Mac and cheese were broken into small pieces (Mush), the sweet potatoes were like baby food and the chicken had no seasoning. It was a waste of my hard-earned money ($13.49). The owners could turn the store around if they read the reviews strive to do better. Reach out to the customers after they figure out how to make it better with coupons to win our trust back. Vow to continue to make improvements so we can come back after time.

All my food was bad. I ordered meat loaf with broccoli. Everything was salty the meat loaf was tasting like vinegar. How is this place still open or why it is not under New management. It is not the place it is the people. Someone can get sick or worse.

According to the worker inside, this location has been open for 3 months. There was one worker operating the store I went to the drive-thru and was asked to please come inside the store because he was the only one there and he couldn’t do the drive-thru and inside customer service. With that being said, it looks like a hood trap house on the inside. It’s not set up like a traditional Boston Market, you order over the counter there’s no food to be seen so you can’t tell if it’s fresh or not or what’s being prepared. The worker Walks Behind a wall then comes out with a platter of your food and a used Supermarket plastic bag. I ordered a kids meal of 1 piece dark meat with one side and a drink. The piece of chicken I received was so small and so dry you would need to dunk it in a glass of water to be able to chew and swallow it. I also ordered the sweet potatoes which were the consistency of baby food. It was not the normal Boston Market sweet potato that’s made with oatmeal and brown sugar crumbles on top. The cornbread was dry and hard like a hockey puck. For my drink I had the option of a soda, box of fruit juice, or a box of Yoo-hoo. I requested a bottle of water instead but was denied because water was not an option with the kids meal. This I found kind of odd that you would rather children drink sweet sugary drinks rather than a bottle of water. I ate a little bit of food and my stomach started feeling sick. I would not recommend this place.
