They make the best chicken and shrimp egg rolls. I could eat a thousand of them. The flavor is unlike any egg rolls I’ve ever tasted.

Unsafe, disgusting, disrespectful delivery service. During the Covid-19 pandemic, many businesses are doing their best to provide great customer service, It is so disappointing that the personnel at a  restaurant in which we place our trust acts in a disrespectful manner only because the tip did not satisfy the delivery person’s demand or because a customer’s feedback is not pleasant to the manager’s ears. The person that appears in the video or photos (Yelp and Google) is the Restaurant’s delivery person, he is not a third party. He took revenge for an unsatisfactory tip by spitting and coughing at the person receiving the food who was with a less than 6 feet distance from him, we were in the safety of our home following all the recommendations indicated by The health department and our Government and suddenly some unprofessional delivery person acts disrespectfully by performing the above-mentioned actions against us, and I say us because he knew there were other people in the house because the main door was open and my kids were playing around and can be heard, he also heard me when I said that the person picking up the food was going to be there soon to receive the food. The delivery was contactless but I forgot completely about it. After Posting my review on Yelp, I came across other negative reviews about the delivery service, a tip is demanded, and attitude was given when the delivery person was not satisfied with the tip. The managing personal at the restaurant is very unprofessional  and disrespectful because when I provided my feedback and requested for the delivery employee’s name, the lady started to be very defensive up to the point that I was banned from ordering from them, very poor customer service. But the fact that the delivery person did this is very disappointing and shows how much there is a need at My Home Chinese Restaurant for training or new personnel/employees, Now after experiencing this it has me thinking what is it done in the kitchen when the food is prepared? After this incident, I felt the need to report them to the Health department so I did.

Ordered online today , decided to upgrade my white rice with their $4 xtra for “chow mein”
This is what I received. An order of plain unflavored noodles.
Won’t be ordering again.

It’s a small place and it is mostly take out or delivery. The food was good and is prepared fresh. It’s not like most Chinese fast food, with the counter where one picks items from food trays. The menu seems limited, but it is probably much more like an in country Chinese eatery.

If you’re looking for a quick meal, an easy “combo” that includes rice, chow mein, and some main dishes, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! I came here with high hopes, wanting to support local mom and pop type businesses. When I arrived, the place looked dilapidated, and random chairs are tossed around. No tables anywhere. A sign says “dining area closed ” Ok I’m here for a simple combo. Let’s see…. oh wait! No combos?! That’s right! Everything is “a la cart!” I came for a quick meal, and instead, the worker says I have to order each “side” individually! Ok so….a typical $12 combo meal I can get anywhere else, will now cost me over $30, because I have to by each side individually! It’s just me! I don’t need a lot of food, just a regular combo! NO LUCK! Forget this…I’m outta here….

SECOND REVIEW :
Well just went back for the second time, totally disappointed food had no taste. Where’s the fortune cookie and also where’s the almond one too, the condiment bag had two soy sauce , two hot sauce packages. Was not enough for a 35$ order, ask for extra the guy got rude and told me next time he’ll charge me more. Definitely won’t be going there no more. That place has nothing but RUDE ! PEOPLE WORKING THERE. F-

To start with we love Chinese food and try to check out different restaurants when we can.
If I wanted Rice A Roni I would have opened a box. Fried rice was dark brown and not fried and greasy.
Chicken chow mein looked good but the chicken meat was not cooked through.
Spicy wings were dried out.
Since when do you put wonton noodles in chop suey?
So $100 worth of food will sit in our fridge till trash day.

The food is ok… Not great, The BBQ Pork is light on Flavor, sometimes dry… Broccoli Beef is good, haven’t tried to much of the menu. I usually get the BBQ Pork Fried Rice, and it’s usually good, but I wish the meat had more flavor. They used to say their food had No MSG…. I wonder if it’s still true, they make No mention of that anymore. There’s no Fortune Cookie or Almond Cookies.
