Ali Katz Kitchen is a Bakery, Prepared food & Wholesale Kitchen on Long Island’s North Fork. We are open for retail Fridays-Sundays, and serve TO GO coffee, tea, pastries, cookies, cakes, quiches, & a rotating variety of delicious treats. We also sell our salads, dips, sauces, soups & other snacks. We do special orders, just call & ask! Step inside our shop and you will find that in addition to our treats, we have a small lifestyle boutique, perfect for gifts or to pick something cute up for yourself. Our wholesale customers include local farmers; for whom we turn what they locally produce into value added products for them to sell. I cannot overstate how good AK is. After joining the Mattituck community a year ago this is the go to spot for breakfast quiches and goodies. But then you discover the frozen selection: the meatballs! The lasagne! The pot pie! The broth! One of our favorite favorite places. Wonderful people and equally wonderful food!

What a gem! So sorry we didn’t find this treasure sooner. Everything looked freshly baked and tasty – We had croissants, scones and coffee. We couldn’t decide which was better! Absolutely delicious. We will certainly be back. It’s always nice when you get to meet the actual owners. Everything made from scratch a few feet from where we bought it from – A rarity these days. Highly recommended! My wife wants to come back this weekend for the fried chicken.

Went for a supper club, which was so great. Highly recommend. Came home with a slice of bread pudding. Three days later, I warmed it it the microwave and it might be the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Bravo, Alison and Fritz!!!

To top it off I asked if I could try one piece of Rugalach which I was willing to pay for. I was told ,no, we only sell them in six pieces portion. really? They were baked on a tray sitting right there! This was the owner! Needless to say, we will not be returning!

I love quiche, and I make my own. Nothing I’ve ever made compares to Ali Katz Kitchen’s quiche. The flavor is intense and rich, and the crust is perfect. Very impressive. So much for my own (pitiful, by comparison) home-made quiche.

i cannot say enough good things about this place! the baked goods are beautiful and delicious! from cookies to brownies to cakes – it’s all mouthwatering to look at and the taste is everything you expect and more. Friendly and welcoming, this is a must stop every time i’m on the North Fork. Love it so much that i’m having holiday cookies shipped to friends and family. Thanks Ali!
