Best smash burger ever.
If you took this burger apart and ate each component on its own, you’d still enjoy every single bite. The pickles aren’t overpowering, the bread is soft and buttery, the onions are cooked perfectly, the patties are seasoned just right, and the secret sauce is actual magic. I tried both the Oklahoma burger and the shroom. Both amazing!
The lounges inside are super cozy, and the service is amazing. Shoutout to Eric — he’s the best!

I went with the basic- and Oklahoma burger. They have fancier options- but I always like to start with the basics- if they get it right- then it vodes well for the fancier versions.
The burger is a good smash burger. Perfectly cooked, good flavor, soft bun. Reminiscent of the best burgers from childhood. (Before aioli and arugula and artisan entered the scene). The house made pickles are the perfect touch! Not pretentious, but a great little tang.
The beer battered fries were the perfect compliment – light crunch, soft middle, cooked perfectly and served with a fry sauce that has a little bite compared to your mom’s mayo+ketchup home blend.
Portions are good, you won’t walk away hungry.
Friendly staff and you can sit and watch them make your burger.
I’ll be back- to run through the other options like the English, Shroom & Western.
This was a great find today and I expect they will have their own store front in a couple years. When that happens I expect some amazing ice cream shakes to round out the experience!

This is inside a really cool warehouse with other food places. The atmosphere is very cool and set up like a food court. I got a double smash burger and fries. Great flavor and the fries were perfect. It wasn’t busy so the service could have been a bit better. It wasn’t slow but the guy cooking was talking to a co-worker and I felt like an annoyance to him for being there.

Dom’s Burgers is a must visit spot inside the Woodbine Food Hall! They execute the smash burger style perfectly (simple, focused, and delicious).
The Burger: I got The Western (cheddar, onion rings, BBQ sauce). The crust on the smash patty was phenomenal, and the flavor with the soft potato bun was excellent.
The Fries & Sauces: The standard fries were great, and their house made fry sauce is a winner. It has a unique, sharp vinegar/pickle tang. (They were out of the beer battered fries, which was the only slight bummer!)
Pickles: Shoutout to their house made pickles! They are genuinely delicious. If I had to nitpick, I would say a slightly thicker slice would give them the crunch they deserve, but the flavor is top tier.
If you love a perfectly executed smash burger, this is your place. 9/10, absolutely recommend and will be back!
**Only docked points for service. They should probably have someone running front of house, so customer service and friendliness comes more naturally.

Delicious burgers and a nice eating area! Loved the onion burger and mushroom burger. Juicy, smashed patties and fries were amazing. Best burger place!

Do not skip this spot! I am not exaggerating when I say this is one of the top 5 all time burgers I have had in my entire lifetime. Smashed correctly and seasoned to perfection. The onions were shaved thin, and the presentation was on point. I even bought the shirt so I could commemorate the experience. Highly recommended!

The Oklahoma onion burger was really unique compared to the burgers I’ve had in Texas. What stood out most was the strong, savory aftertaste from the onions, combined with the crisp, firm texture of the potato bun. The pickles added a nice light crunch, and everything came together flawlessly.
The fries were incredible too, the crunch was outstanding and complemented the burger, and to make sure I wasn’t tripping I ordered a regular plain and dry version with just meat and cheese, and the seasoning on the burger was spot on. For a final note, the owner was super friendly as well. We had a great conversation.
Overall, absolutely peak!

I’m really impressed with this place — hands down the best smash burger/burger I’ve had in Salt Lake City. The flavor hits immediately, super rich without ever feeling heavy. The patty had the perfect crust, the seasoning was spot on, and every bite tasted fresh. You can tell they actually care about quality. Even the bun and toppings were balanced perfectly. I’ve tried a lot of burger spots around here, and this one genuinely stands out. Definitely my new go-to.

I had The Western burger. It was fantastic! The bacon was served the only way bacon should be… crispy! The patties were well done on the outside and juicy tasty on the inside. Excellent burger. Doms is inside a newish food hall so lots of seating options and very casual. I’ll definitely be back!
