Ever since this particular Sbarro started using the mini turbo chef conveyor oven, it’s not been as good. It used to be NY thin with a bit of crisp. Now the crust is a 1/4 inch thick, floppy, and messy.

Food was ok, two pizzas and both didn’t have any of the topping we ordered on it and non of the sauce with Stromboli or breadsticks, It would have not mattered as much but the bottom of both pizzas where burnt, and absolutely taste burnt , all that was offered was a 5$ discount on our order over all this, this was the first time ordering it and having it brought to the house, It’s always been excellent when eaten at the mall not delivered

Would’ve been good if it was actually hot. Not sure exactly what happened. I ordered the stuffed pizza with a side of roasted potatoes. The pizza was ice cold in the middle, which was weird because I saw them put it through their convection oven. The potatoes were luke warm. Pretty disappointed, I haven’t had Sbarros since I was a kid and now I won’t ever again.
