Good sandwiches but never as eye appealing as their commercials would suggest. The in house Auntie Anne’s Pretzels are good if they are available when you try. My favorite sandwich is the BMT Italian sandwich with everything (to fill the roll).

Should have read reviews first! I eat subway at least 1x a month and go to different ones. This is the first and last time I’d ever come to this one. How do you even call this a sub, let alone a sandwich? $16 for 2, 6 inch subs that are made so pathetic they’re hardly edible. This sub had turkey, bacon, cheese, lettuce and a few other toppings, but I’m pretty sure only 1 piece of each. I’ve just never seen such a thing from a Subway, ever!! Corporate should be embarrassed to continue operating this store according to other reviews as well. Waste of money but hopefully this saves someone else from the mistake of buying here!

This store is supposed to close at 9pm. Walked into Walmart at 8:15 and the gates were closed. All good out away and employees sitting in the back chatting waiting for 9. Don’t advertise 9pm close if your employees close at 8.

How is it possible to screw up baking pretzels? Well this place can do it! Ordered 2 plain pretzels, got home they were burnt so badly that only one half of one pretzel was edible. Aunt Annie would never have sold these pieces of burnt dough to the public, the guy at the counter needs to learn how to use an oven dial. Yeah he was pleasant enough as he puts burnt, inedible, sub par product in a bag. I will never stop by and get pretzels here again and I warn others not to either. When you own a franchise you have to produce a product that is consistent and meet corporate standards. Yeah this guy is incapable of doing so… corporate office should be made aware or this fallacy!!! During the current economy spending over $7 for two burnt pretzels… what a shame.

The service was terrible as I walked up to order a sub, a guy that was working there was standing there looking at me. I told him I would like to order a tuna sub. He said something to me and it was hard to understand him. As I waited he started grabbing chips in front of me. I wasn’t sure if he was going to take my order or not, finally a lady came out to take my order. She looked like she didn’t want to be there and seemed in a bad mood. I really didn’t feel comfortable ordering here and most likely will not be going back.

I stopped by at this location while I was traveling ! Loved the staff and they make good sandwiches and pretzels ! I did make order for fresh pretzels and within 10 mins it was ready for me ! Worth stopping by for fresh food ! Store was clean !

I got no food because apparently they were closed. they whole time I was checking out I saw 2 women just standing behind the counter talking. doing nothing but talking. the “OPEN” sign light was on and they didn’t have the gate closed. as soon as I walked in they both run to the back. the one girl then walks out to tell me that they were closed. and honestly I could only understand the words “we’re closed” I asked her how I was supposed to know that when their “OPEN” sign light is on. all I got was “we closed” so I walked out and stood in the Walmart section for 5 minutes while they left their “OPEN” light still on. to me it seems like they just didn’t want to work. why else would they be just standing there behind the counter talking, doing nothing and then run away the moment I arrive??

If I could give this place zero stares I would. The employees were very rude. To the one me and my husband we being annoying because we wanted out bacon toasted and not cold bacon on our all American subs. And then they also had to run in the back for mayo for my husband sandwich. I thought that’s what you are supposed to do. The that same employee would not check us out they had another employee do it . This one proceeded to ask if there was bacon on both. Well duh that’s what goes on an all American sub. And then when I said yes the sub comes with it I got attitude from that employee as well. They both had very poor customer service. Would not go there again.

This place is located inside a walmart. Food quality was exactly what you would expect from a subway. The workers behind the counter were laughing and joking with u, great crew, good sense of humor. Made my stop in more enjoyable because of it.
