They seems to stop answering there phone an hour to an hour and a half before closing so end up having to stand outside in the heat waiting on them to make your pizza instead of letting you order before you get there. It’s a brand new place. It’s nice. Very up to date. I usually arrive in the mid afternoon and the same lady helps me. She seems really nice. So it makes me want to come back. The pizza is ready on time and seems to always be “hot and ready”! I’m happy our town finally had a cheaper pizza place!

Looking at past reviews kinda shock to see how bad it was a year ago. I go in there now, of course, choosing the cheapest pizza, the classic pepperoni. The fluff, crispyness of the crust, the soft touch of sauce, not overpowering or tasting undercooked like others. The light color of the bottom of every slice looks better than i dare, say Round Table *mic drop* The bites leave me speechless as I speed over limit just to get here before it closes. And when people ask me where I got the pizza, I say little Ceasars but from Live Oak because this place high quality and on a whole different level from other Little Ceasars I have driven through Towns with other Little Ceasars just to pick here because it’s that much better. This spot right here is better than the rest and the Top teir Little Ceasars in my taste buds.

I understand that it’s just pizza. It’s not that big of a deal. However, if someone calls an order for 4 pizzas, and is told it would be ready in 10 minutes, and it takes 25 minutes, it’s a bit bothersome, but not the end of the world, right? Yet when you bring it to the employee’s attention, and are met with complete indifference, that’s where the problem is. It would have been nice to at the very least acknowledge the inconvenience. No one was looking for free pizza or a discount. I didn’t raise my voice or insulted anyone. I just wanted a simple apology rather than mumbling under his breath and walking into the back.

The people here are extremely rude. There’s only one that actually ignorances that you’re a human being an treats you as such. The younger girl that works nights is absolutely rude and seems as if she hates her job and let’s it be known when handling customers. The food most the time tastes old but yet takes almost an hour to get. Even when your order online and have a pick up time! They’re never on time with making the food. On top of the fact that they never answer the phone almost 2hrs before closing time along with not accepting online orders an hour before closing time when they’re website says they take them until 9pm. Just flat out horrible service all the way around every single time we’ve had to go there.
