my bowl contained almost nothing i ordered in it and what it did contain did not seem appetizing.. it was just some rice beans and meat tossed in the bowl with a large piece of straight onion skin for some reason. the only edible parts imo would be the side tortilla and the sprite.

Placed a catering order for a 3:15 pickup days in advance. And when we got there at 3:15 and notified them we were picking up our catering order they just then began to start/work on it. Took 15 minutes to get our order out us. Order was for a baby shower, so it was time sensitive. Not really sure what the purpose of placing the order in advance and setting a pickup time if they’re only going to start on it when you get there.

I visited the restaurant on a Sunday evening, and the line was all the way to the door with about eight people ahead of me. There was one employee on the front line, one at the register, and another handling online orders. I waited patiently for 28 minutes before reaching the counter, only to be told that steak was unavailable. When I asked if he was serious, the employee gave me a dismissive look and casually said yes. I mentioned that it would’ve been helpful to know that before waiting so long in line. As I turned to leave, he just said, “well…” which made the experience even more disappointing.
Customer service is at an all-time low at this location, and it’s clear there’s a serious need for better communication and professionalism.

The food was delicious and generous, at least in my book. The atmosphere was kind of messy and the staff looked kind of rough. I’m not sure what happened before I visited but the staff looked like they were really going through it, it was concerning.

So listen. You are top food chain restaurant in the country. Tell me why at 11:17 right now I’m standing in line for 10 min so far and ONE PERSON IS WORKING LINE AND CASHING PPL OUT. The GM and shift manager are not on the same page and this is the worst run chipotle I’ve ever been to AND I got to chipotle 2 times a week so half of my week is spent standing in this line. They also open at 10:45 and then stop ppl from ordering till 11 because the food is never ready at open…. This location NEEDS MANAGEMENT CHANGE!!!!!!

This place is a joke and always has been. They are never not out of food and the line is always out the door. Workers are rude and get mad when you ask when food will be ready. Went tonight and they told me they were out of rice and the only protein they had was chicken. Then they said it would be a 30 minute wait just for steak. I used to work at Chipotle and know that’s unacceptable. Over it.

They are very efficient in serving customers. However, as with many city locations, they are very very busy. I would recommend to make plans for ordering early (give them at-least 15 minutes) especially during weekdays.

I’ve been to this chipotle so many times. I used to love them but they’ve gotten progressively worse over the years. I’m at a point where I don’t want to come back. I usually get the same thing (barbacoa burrito or bowl). My visit today is where I draw the line. Instead of meat I got nothing but fat. This isn’t the first time either. This has to be the worst chipotle in the city. Do not recommend!

We got Chipotle delivered which included 4 different items. My kids quesadilla was just that, only the quesadilla. No rice, chips, or drink. My husband’s quesadilla had no sides at all. I reached out through that Pepper chat and they offered me a free kids quesadilla which is only like a $5 credit. When trying to find a number to speak to someone there is none! I sent an email but who knows if they will answer, smh. Worst service ever.
