Don’t go to this place, I sent my daughter to order a Buffalo Ranch Footlong, and a coworker made a tuna with Ranch! Yuck! When my daughter tried to tell her that the sandwich was wrong, The lady just ignored her. This has happened before, by the same person, and I doubt anything will be done about it. The complete disrespect and disregard for what the customer ordered is astounding. This is just bad business ethics. Why does subway hire people that cost them to lose customers? I have no idea.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed my order on the subway app and paid for it. when I go to the restaurant they told me that the order had not come thru the system. I showed the manager where I had placed it and that it was paid in full. She refused to make my order or issue me a refund for it. She said I needed to call Subway and them refused to give me a phone number to call or tell me who the franchise owner was.

Usually this place is decent, but this trip not so much. Ordered via app, picked a pick up time for after work. I even received a “your order is ready” before I got there. And it was not, waited an additional 20 min for 2 subs. I understand they were working on a door dash order when I arrived and then proceeded to take care of their in house customers before completing my order. Both subs I ordered were toasted, but cold when I noticed. Was told their toaster oven wasn’t working right afterwards. Turned out to be a bad experience, but like I said, this place is usually decent and on par with take out. I’m sure I’ll go back in the future because of the convenience.

Whole place is awful. Manager doesn’t hesitate to yell at employees in front of customers, doesn’t hesitate to yell at customers or cuss in front of them, and is rude to everyone who gets on her bad side apparently. Starts fights and yells. Terrible service, employees were rude. Had what seemed to be a new person on counter by herself and I felt bad she didn’t know what she was doing and no one was helping her. Food is decent but looks like it’s going bad in the cooler, lettuce and cucumbers were turning brown. Overall, do not go here unless you want to wait on your mediocre food and to get yelled at
