We came here for the first time and will definitely be coming back. We live in walking distance and have been wanting to try Kanya Thai for a while. The atmosphere was super relaxing and the JAMSSSSS they were great! The child’s plate was huge and my 1 year old LOVED IT! Will be coming back for other menu options.

I’ve ordered to-go here about 4 times but only dined here once inside and the food and service was great! The owner is so kind. We’ve had the pad thai, grilled chicken lemongrass bowl, pineapple fried rice, Tom yum soup, spicy coconut tom yum soup. They have all been amazing dishes but my absolute favorite is their Tom yum soup. It’s full of flavor and always so fresh. Absolutely perfect for cold weather and if you’re under the weather. If you live close by- this restaurant is definitely worth adding to your takeout night rotation.

I’m not sure why people give bad reviews it’s either they had a bad day or idk, but in my opinion this was the best pad thai I had, after the protest we did (jmhs), I was hungry and decided to get some food. It was delicious they also filled my to-go order to the top! and noticed their hiding in the back and it’s a small owned restaurant! It’s really nice, in there, restroom is amazing, food is amazing overall 10/10 definitely coming back

A hidden gem across from Madison High School. We had their pad se ew and it was some of the best we have ever had and we eat Thai often. We also had the cucumber salad, which was so good as well. They have a great variety of food. Service was fast and friendly. My wife and I will definitely come back. You’re welcome

Husband and I went here to get some takeout food. The Chicken Yellow Curry was so good. The Chicken Pho is also good. They have big portions!!!
Don’t ask me about the Thai tea; it’s delicious and a GOOD price, not like another place where the Thai tea costs almost $10 and tastes watery.
The owner, a young lady, and her mom are super sweet people.
They make the restaurant comfortable and nice.
This will definitely be our favorite Thai food restaurant. Hopefully, next time, we will enjoy dining in.

Diner here for the first time. We had 2 huge summer rolls, Tom Yum with shrimp and I had Tom Kha soup. Everything was SUPER delicious! We loved it. The prices and service was excellent. It’s a cool place in my neighborhood. I will definitely be back!

Avocado curry was amazing!! The best curry I’ve ever had. Mango curry was also delicious. Pad Thai was great. Service was good. A little hole in the wall hidden delight. Just opened 6 months ago.

Ordered a to-go order online and was quoted half an hour wait. We arrived exactly at the half hour wait time and the food was not ready. We ended up waiting 50 minutes for a $70 order. Once the food was received the portions were ridiculously small. Orange chicken was $15 for it to be a quarter filled with the remaining space being filled with veggies which is not listed on the menu. I paid for Orange chicken NOT vegetables. This is the FIRST and LAST time I come here.

— not the overly sweet “Americanized” version. The Pad Thai here has the true balance of flavors: a bit tangy, savory, and slightly sweet, just like it should be.
As for the cream cheese puffs, of course they’re prepared from chilled fillings — that’s how you make them properly! If you don’t chill them first, the cheese just melts and you can’t fry them at all. They came out crispy and tasty when I got mine.
Also, if you order takeout or delivery, it’s normal that the texture or temperature might change a bit by the time it gets to yo. That’s not the restaurant’s faul.
Overall, I had a really good experience here. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the staff were super friendly. Highly recommend this place if you want real Thai flavors!
