I found a cockroach in my sandwich. I immediately went back to inform the store manager, but instead of taking responsibility or apologizing, they denied it outright. Very disappointing experience and concerning from a hygiene standpoint. I won’t be returning.

It’s a gas station subway so take that as you will. Staff were nice and got the food out quickly. Seems like most of the people that give this place bad reviews got overly frustrated. I had a good experience and wanted to share it.

Don’t really like to complain but found a red hair in my subway sandwich, complained to the staff and owner and was ignored.
What was even worse the employee with red hair was hiding in the fridge on her phone.
Sent a complain to subway but no answer, beware red hairs everywhere.
Won’t be coming back to this location, avoid at all costs.
