I was just retelling a story from a trip my wife and I took 10 years ago, this place left such a memory I back tracked on Google maps our route when we mistakenly went to the Sequoia national Forest instead of the national Park and found wild cows in the forest instead of giant trees. We were tired and running out of fuel in the car and our bodies and this place was like an oasis. Looks like the surrounding area is more developed now. Awesome place with a memory in my brain forever!

Was a wonderful place to stop for a taco nd a beer.
The beef flour taco Supremes are to die for. The beer selection was fantastic. Modelo Especial was cold.
The waitress was spot on and friendly. Felt like I was a familiar face but it was my first time ever going there.
The prices are the going rate today, but the food and the experience are worth it.

Nice ambiance from the outside. I love the wooden place. And their drinks are cool! However, I did not like my food as it was cold and bland.

The michelada was delicious and the breakfast burrito was big enough for two. I shared with a friend and we were both full. The complimentary salsa was mild but very flavorful and tasty, accompanied by the crispy tostadas. All very yummy!

Best Mexican food I’ve had in Springville. Great fish Taco and shrimp taco. Good red/mole sauce, too.

DON’T EAT THERE!!! We have lived on the mountain for 15 years and use to love El Tap. BUT! Things have changed! The chicken is dry and leftovers from yesterday and its so dry you can’t eat it! NO! White meat at all. The last three times our chili relleno’s had sticks of cheese inside not even melted and the peppers were as hard as a rock! BTW it will cost you a fortune if you get a soda or tea. It’s as much as the meal WITH!, NO!, refills. Go down the mountain 14miles to El Tal on orange st. You get a great meal (with drinks) for a fair price!

The food is good and service is good. The prices have went up and unfortunately there is a 3.00 dollar charge for debit cards . No charge for cash. Meals are between 13 to 19 each and drinks are 3.50 each for soda/tea.

I’ve been coming to eat here for quite some time now. The owners are down to earth and very friendly. Their food is genuine Mexican cuisine and it’s absolutely wonderful. I especially love their cheese enchiladas! But everything they serve is wonderful! I Can’t say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend eating here.
