COME ON IN!! WONDERFUL MEXICAN -HONDURAN CUISINE!!!! Open for breakfast lunch and dinner. This husband and wife owned and operated restaurant is AMAZING!!! The food is prepared with the most fresh ingredients and daily made salsas and homemade flour and corn tortillas!! You will not find a cleaner well maintained restaurant!! Even the restrooms are immaculate! These two friendly owners work hard to make sure that you have an enjoyable dining experience. We felt like VIP not just like customers. WOW!! The food was awesome!! Come in on Friday an Saturday nights and enjoy a night of fun and socializing on karaoke nights!! Thank you MAYAZTECAS!!!

No reservations are required! All made from scratch super fresh food. Delicious. This is your friendly neighborhood mexican honduran restaurant:) fairly new in the area. Nice and clean with good service. Come and try them out, maybe they will be your new favorite. The chips and salsa came with a nice spicy warm salsa “la casa” and some black bean dip with goat cheese sprinkled over the top.

I came here with my girl thinking that a 4.1 rated Mexican Honduran restaurant was going to be nice but it turns out I was wrong. My girl ordered agua Fresca and they told her that they don’t have it even though we can see it literally to our left. Then she ordered sprite instead. For the food I ordered the oxtails but they ended up telling my they didn’t have the ingredients for it so I settled for the enchiladas. We waited 40 minutes just to find out my girls food came out fine but the waitress came to tell me that the tortilla they tried to make the enchiladas with they said that it was burning up or whatever but in the end they couldn’t make it. So far what I’m getting is that they have drinks and food on the menu that they can’t serve and then proceed to tell me they can’t make something that’s on their menu after waiting for 40 minutes. Ended up not ordering anything. Waitress was seen drinking too. Crazy to think enchiladas can’t be made even though I heard it was the easiest dish to make.

So we went here after we spotted it driving by and love trying new places. 4 starts as they only had one side of the menu available & didn’t say that until we started ordering which we had to pick different meal. Which was fine cause it was very very yummy would Def recommend only thing it’s kinda pricey for the portions they give we paid $15 for a plate that with the size we would have paid $10 at the most. Other then that the environment was nice & food very tasty

Absolutely the best Honduran-Mexican restaurant I have been to. I love the food. The first time a came to this place was when they had just opened the restaurant, and let me tell you they just get better every year. The service is awesome, I was served by the owner and he was just great !! Very kind and always asking if we needed anything else. YOU HAVE GOT TO COME HERE. thank you Mayaztecas for the best experience ever. I will definitely be coming back.

Had a wonderful lunch. Spices are a little different than texmex. Very warm and earthy flavors. I had the 3 Enchilada plate, my son had the fajita. They don’t do free chips and salsa but their chips and salsa are hand made. The salsa has nice thick junks of vegetables rather than just watered down pre-made bland salsa.
Enjoyed lunch and will return.
