Service and atmosphere were the only decent parts of this experience, because the food was an absolute disaster. This was without exaggeration the worst pizza I’ve ever had. We ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and a Detroit style cheese pizza and both were complete letdowns. Whatever oil or flavoring they use sticks with you in the worst possible way. I was burping that awful taste up all night. Out a family of 4, none of us like the pizza.
The wings didn’t save the meal either. I ordered BBQ wings and got sad, barely coated pieces with almost no flavor.
In total, I wasted $60 on food I wouldn’t eat again even if it were free. Look at my left overs from dinner..

Great place to grab a takeout pizza! The ingredient quality is excellent, tasty cheese, great sauce, fresh toppings. The ranch is exceptionally good here. I got a New York style well done crust and loved it.

My husband absolutely loves Jet’s Pizza. The young man at the counter in the evenings is very polite and professional. The pizza is delicious. We love Four corner pizza, we always get the bigger one. It’s always fresh and hot when we pick it up. We highly recommend the Syracuse Jet’s Pizza. This is strictly a pickup or delivery location, no dine in so there is no area for dining in. We spend $30 to $45 on a pizza. My husband adds different toppings so it costs more but it is so worth it.

This is our first time here and it was a great experience. Brittany was our cashier and the young woman made our Detroit pizza. Customer service was amazing and the ladies were super friendly. Pizza was so delicious, it had crispy along with juiciness. It is pricey

Great tasting pizza at a fair price! The Detroit Style is delicious! Service is great and very kind staff. We placed our order online for a specific time and it was ready when we arrived.Will definitely be visiting this Syracuse location again!

Never heard of Jets Pizza, but we always drive by it so we decided to give it a try. We each got our own pizza 🙂 I got the thin crust veggie, my son got the cheese reg pizza, and my husband got the deep dish pepperoni. We all gobbled our pizza up. It wasn’t oily at all. Very flavorful and tons of veggie toppings.

Did a takeout order and the food did not disappoint! Food tasted amazing! Our personal favorite is the cheese bread sticks! Overall pizza, breadsticks, and brownies all tasted great! Lots of options for singles, couples, family’s and parties! Everything was cooked to perfection!

We have been a few times and it was quickly on its way to becoming a favorite. Then a few weeks ago, I received a cauliflower crust pizza that was burnt. Luckily, we had picked it up so we hadn’t left the parking lot. The manager told us “that’s just how that kind looks” which is odd since I’d had it before and it didn’t look like that. She replaced it and we went on our way.
Assuming that was a fluke, we decided to try it again. This time it was a delivery order. Again, one of the pizzas was burnt. When we complained, the manager wouldn’t come to the phone and instead, chose to speak through the employee. I understanding being busy, but seriously… we could hear her talking to the employee and then the employee repeating the words.
They offered to make a replacement or give a credit. We only chose credit so our broke college student kid could do a pick-up pizza for a lunch.
Someone should be looking at the orders for quality control because this isn’t acceptable. Whoever packed up our order had to know it was burnt. (See picture- I took it in case we were told that it just looks like that.)
I gave them 2 stars because the other pizzas in the order were very good.
Sadly, this is the last time we will try them.
