I started off coming here just once or twice for a quick drink before work, but the staff pulled me in, and now I come way more often! Everyone is welcoming and always has good suggestions to help me find what I’m feeling for, even if I’m not sure of it myself. Ryan is a standout in particular, he never fails to make me feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated coming in. I’ve been to several Starbucks in my life and this one is by far the best – the people, the drinks and the atmosphere are all so great. It’s one of my favorite places to sit and read in the early morning.

Today, my puppy and I went to Starbucks because she loves pup cups. When we got inside, I ordered her pup cup. She was excited and barked maybe once or twice while standing up to see when it was coming. The lady at the register was super nice.
Then a man, who I’m assuming was the manager, came over and said, “Take him out. Take him out if he’s going to keep barking.” I was literally speechless. Several people inside even said she wasn’t bothering anyone and that she was cute and sweet. One person even joked that they’d better hurry up and give her the pup cup.
I have never in my life had someone at Starbucks tell me to take my puppy out because she barked out of excitement. She wasn’t disturbing anyone. If you’re going to have something on the menu for dogs, then you should understand that puppies get excited and may bark sometimes.
I don’t know if he was having a bad day, but his behavior was rude and unacceptable. I will be telling my friends not to come to this Starbucks. Completely unacceptable. Do better.

Their prices are higher than at every other Starbucks –like by a dollar or more a drink. And the baristas have the nerve to hand you the keypad when you pay by card so you can put a tip in. I would consider tipping if that EXTRA DOLLAR PER DRINK wasn’t added on.

My coffee was made right and super fast. However, there was a lot more ice than what i’m used to and some of it wasn’t broken down so i struggled to insert a straw.
Other that that, personnel was very friendly and the mugs and cups variety was very good.

As my wife and I returned home from our pilgrimage to Bass Pro Shops, we stopped at this here Starbucks for a quick drink. The lady manning the drive-through is easily the most polite and nicest person in Massachusetts. Our drinks were made with efficiency and came out delicious, and I daresay the people made them with love. 5/5
