Omg! I’m happy I found a salvadorean restaurant near me, now I don’t have to drive all the way to the bay! I mean the pupusas are as authentic as they can get! My husband had a regia salvadorean beer and the pastelitos, they were so fresh and felt like If I was home, chips and salsa were freshly made… I’ll definitely be back.

After hearing so much about this spot, I finally stopped by today and it did not disappoint! I had the ham omelette with hash browns, and every bite was delicious. A huge shoutout to my server, Laura, who was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my meal. I’m already looking forward to bringing my family back next time!

Was really looking forward to trying this restaurant because I’ve been craving pupusas. We went on our lunch hour which we always end up cutting close getting back to work on time, but this place was close and there was only one other customer waiting so we were hopeful that it would be somewhat quick. They took almost 40 minutes to bring us our food. We ended up having them pack it to go to make sure we got back in time. The waitress told us they are made fresh and that’s why it took so long. But I’ve been to other restaurants where they are made fresh and it does not take that long unless there’s a full house.
The pupusas were very good! However, the fish taco was disappointing with barely any fish in there, actually at first we thought maybe they forgot the fish. The drinks were tasty, but on the higher side of cost.
Will return for more pupusas and maybe a to go order.

So happy this place is here and continuing to serve wonderful food. I love that they have both Mexican and Salvadorian fare on offer. We were greeted and sat immediately this Sunday afternoon. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. She started us off with chips and salsa. They were freshly fried corn and flour tortilla chips with house made salsa. I ordered a pupusa revuelta, shrimp taco and chicken Salvadorian tamale. My husband ordered the birria taco plate. Portions were good, food was piping hot and sooo flavorful. We ended with a pint of Modelo Negro and a Skinny Babe margarita. With tip the bill came to about $80. Fair for what we got. (We had 4 baskets of chips as well, no charge) Highly recommend.

We’re excited about the opening of Reyes Bar & Restaurant in the former Cactus Mexican Dining spot! Under new ownership, it retains the charm of a beloved local spot (shout out to Efren Gomez) while offering a refreshed atmosphere.
The food is fantastic, featuring a great mix of Mexican and Salvadorian cuisine. I loved my chicken and cheese enchilada, and my wife enjoyed her carnitas torta. They’ve built on a legacy of top-notch dishes.
What really stands out is the friendly customer service. A special shout-out to our server and bartender, Asusena, who made us feel right at home. Don’t miss her amazing pomegranate margarita!
We’re thrilled that Woodbridge has a new inviting place for great food and drinks. Check out Reyes!

I wondered into Reyes last Saturday after a fun time at Consumnes Farms Winery. I was pretty hungry. First off I ate chips & salsa. They have deep fried flour mixed in with fresh corn chips! So yummy. Then I ordered the 2 taco plate. Their carnitas is to die for ! Then I asked the cute bartender if they had a cucumber, jalapeno avacado margarita she said no, but I’ll try and make one for you. Then she did!! I’m telling everyone what a great place this is. I’ll definitely be going back! El Salvadoran & Mexican food!!!

I hate giving bad reviews but this one I need to give instruction.
The nachos!
The chips were Tostitos out of the bag.
Luke warm melted velvetta cheese.
With not a hint of spice to liven it up.
Had carnitas meat on the chips and it was very bland and minimal amount.
No olives, no onions, no guacamole!
A huge pile of jalapeños.
Tostitos chips were unbelievable!
At least use your own in house chips or a local Mexican brand!
Hate to say it but that was my first and last time there.
Let’s try a little better for the customer especially since your brand new.
The waitress was cool though!
