Do not eat here!
I ordered 2 cheese subs but apparently only Jrecks does that. It took about 8 times for the worker to finally just give me a straight answer. Then when I told her I just wanted 2 normal veggie subs with no extras, she put extra cheese on both of them. I told her and she said that’s what I ordered. I told her I did not and she told me I did . I told her to keep those and to not be so disrespectful to customers. She talked over me, interrupted me constantly, was very slow, asked me what I wanted multiple times after I literally finished telling her what I wanted.
Then she threatened to call the police!
She commanded me to stay in the store and pay for the items, made the way she saw fit to be made. How is this person not been fired? Maybe it’s because my skin tone is a little dark, I have a long black beard, long, black, curly hair and an accent ☪️ . Or maybe she’s just horrible acting to all the customers . I was willing to overlook that she wasn’t wearing gloves and didn’t wash her hands, but her awful behavior crossed the line.
Boycott this subway site, please. That saying “no one wants to work anymore” sure is true at this place.

I went there yesterday (10/11) around 5pm. Amazing service! I was traveling all day and stopped to grab a few things and was very hungry. The guy that was making the food was fast, really friendly and gave the best service I’ve ever had at a subway. His name was Addison I believe, best sub ever, perfectly crafted and very fast. I felt welcome and appreciated as soon as I stepped up. 10/10 best subway experience ever.

Sometimes it’s a nice place, last night not so good. Every table was dirty, the employees were talking, yelling, eating, and socializing. They messed up on orders and got customers frustrated. I also would prefer if they didnt talk over my food while they made it, but eating and not washing hands, absolutely not health code acceptable. The other massena one is cleaner but does the same, eating, talking, your there for customers, socializing should be when your cleaning,stocking and prepping. I love eating sub way, but I do not care for these 2 places.

The other day (10th) I stopped for a chicken sub. One of the girls made my sub for me. She was the nicest most polite girls I have encountered. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my sub. We need more girls like her working in the fast food industry.

The subway corporation has blocked consumers from speaking to anyone about how good or how bad service is. The corporation takes things away without asking us if it’s ok. Crushed peppers are gone as well as teriyaki sauce and replaced with nothing but a sweet onion sugared down sauce. And it doesn’t stop there.

I’ve been coming to this location for 6 years now and found out they let there the best employee go, will not be returning. Service is not enjoyable in the afternoon always rude staff which is why I would only come when the new guy was there, store is always filthy until 4pm. Hopefully they get someone like that guy again.

Subway is subway makin’ it fresh. The subway is located inside of Walmart. Has everything that a normal subway has plus other concession like foods such as popcorn, pretzels, nachos and other goodies. Your subway card can be used here. The owners here also give to their community with great generosity.
