I ordered the Baja Crunch. It was a good airport burger. Curly fries were good and hot. We were waiting on a flight and needed something to eat and this place met my expectations for an airport location.
The price of the food is a little over the top, but it’s in the airport, so was tolerable. Service was OK.

idk why there are poor reviews. my food was excellent. and reasonably priced for even nonairport food. $14 for my chicken sandwich and fries. great quality patty. well cooked tasty fries. would have ordered a second serving if my stomach could take it. and it came out quick despite their sign saying it may take a while. no line either.

I had a 4+hrs delay and was given a food voucher, decided to try this place. The burger and curly fries were surprisingly good for the airport and well worth it. However the employee working the counter gave some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I was there around 6pm on a Friday and while I was waiting for my order, 2 more customers came to the counter and were abruptly told “we’re closed” with no apology or explanation. I thought I was lucky that I got my order in in time but now looking at thier posted hours, they’re supposed to be open until 8pm! I can only imagine how difficult working in the airport can be but this employee needs to find another job where they’re not interacting with the public.

My experience with the food wasn’t great, unfortunately. The counter service was friendly, but the menu’s promise of “eggs any way” didn’t pan out, as only scrambled were available. For my American Breakfast, I received two, thin piece of bacon, and the eggs, while flavorful, were dry. The tater tots were severely overcooked, making them impossible to eat with a fork.

This burger was a lifesaver when I was hungry at the airport. It’s definitely beating out McDonald’s and any other fast food place. The fries were hot and fresh, and the generous side portion which you don’t get anywhere else in the airport, considering the airport price. Can’t complain!

For some background information, I work as flight crew so I go to a fair share of airport restaurants. I found myself with a layover in STL so I decided to give this burger place a shot.
Overall the food was good, the customer service was weird and lacking.
I walked up and there was no one behind the counter for a minute or so, but also no line so I get it. Then a lady came through a door from the kitchen and stood at the cash register. Now I’m gen Z, and I’ve heard about the gen z stare, but I brushed it off at people misinterpreting. However, this girl said absolutely nothing and stared at me. I stared back and considered just waiting to see who would break first. But then I decided against that and went the route of “maybe I can get her to warm up to me by being nice!” So I said “hello how are you doing today?” She replied “good” and then continued to stare. I gave up and then just started my order. Felt rude but at least I tried. I asked if I could get tater tots instead of fries, and she silently pressed buttons on the register so I assumed that meant yes. I ordered a specialty burger and my tots and a drink and it came up to about $25. Also I got a 10% airport worker discount. Expensive, but not unheard of I suppose. I was silently given my drink and receipt and then waited about 7 minutes and then I was silently handed my food. I sat down and looked at my receipt and saw that instead of substituting total for fries, they just said “no fries” and then charged me for a side of tots. Would’ve kinda been nice to know they would do that. I went up and inquired about the charge and then she said “we can’t substitute” so then I asked “ok so did I pay for fries and then not receive them?” And then she said “no the fries come free with the burger” so then I asked “oh can I get the free fries?” And she said “sure” so I mean now I have an extra container of fries. So two stars for customer service because at least there was someone there and they didn’t throw the food in my face? Bar is low.
The burger was yummy and the sides of tots and friend were generous! Just maybe don’t expect more customer service from the workers than you would get from a McDonald’s self-order kiosk. Well actually, at least those say thank you…

Ordered a Smoke Stack burger because a picture of the burger was on the screen (had bacon, lettuce, aioli, onions). Received a bacon cheeseburger. The cashier said it’s not what the picture is – the picture is LITERALLY pointing to what the burger should look like.
Service not good.
Burger was good but not as described.
Tater tots were ehh.

Customer service was lacking. Waited around five minutes at the counter before I ended up asking the cook if they were closed because there was no one at the register. I ordered the double burger and fries. The burger was bland, not a lot of toppings on it and the bun was quite greasy. The fries were average at best. If you have had five guys or shack shake this is below them on the quality and taste. Overall expensive around $11 ish and not that good.

I ordered the Baja Crunch. It’s an alright burger. If you are waiting on a flight and need some to eat this place is a good option.
For all the people that complain about the price it’s the airport. You can bring food if you want, I’ve done that plenty of times.

Listen to the reviews. Clean branding does not make a good restaurant. The service was polite but slow AND inaccurate. Waited in line with just one other person for twenty minutes only to be given the wrong order. Discovered only after I walked to my gate so had to trek back to fix the mistake. Completely mediocre food.
