Everything about this Subway was just right! The pizza I got (yes they serve personal pizzas) was nice and hot, the staff were friendly, and the store was stocked and cleaned!

Food: 10/10
The food was cooked to perfection and fresh!

Service: 10/10
The service was impeccable, and the lady who did my pizza was nice and funny.

Atmosphere: 10/10
The atmosphere was nice and friendly, the workers seem to be enjoying themselves, the store was super spotlessly clean and organized, it felt very modern and nice to sit down and eat.

Overall one of the best subways I’ve been too yet!

Aeon did such an amazing job making our sandwiches today. Sauced to perfection. The restaurant was nice and clean. And most importantly their Pepsi zero taste like Pepsi zero!! Definitely one of my favorite subways now.

I ordered an order today on the Subway app and Door Dash delivered the bag but didnt bring a Drink. Door Dash said it was the stores fault for not putting it in the bag, and i called Subway they said it was Door Dashs fault and would not refund me the drink or provide me a drink. 2.7 on YELP, 3.9 ON Google. Our experience was the 2.7.

I think it’s fair to say, if you go to a Subway you know the quality of the meal. For us always good. Can’t remember having a bad meal, due to the standardization of the restaurant.

That leaves two things. Ambiance, cleanliness and another check. Actually a really nice establishment.

So, that leaves service and I fully now understand the 2.7 rating. Ouch, the two young ladies had the personality of……, well NOTHING.
ZERO personality. Talking to you when making the sandwiches. We both had to repeat ourselves several times. When we came in, we told them how nice and clean the place was.

Oh subway you have your hands full, not sure if training will do these two any good. Service, caring, wanting to create a good experience is in your DNA.
I had 30 plus years in hospitality and not sure if you can turn this boat.

Shame, ✅ off two of the three….. But no matter how good the meal is, if you don’t feel welcomed, we go back?

We just left HEB on Flores. While checking out both young ladies said hi, and how was our weekend. Find everything ok in the store. At the same time my wife and I looked at each other and smiled.

First, portion sizes with every sandwich have noticeably been less and less in the time I have been coming while the prices steadily increase. Also, lettuce and cucumbers looked old like they’ve been in the fridge too long. Also, the Supervisor on duty informed my wife and I that we could not utilize the military discount because I was not in uniform but I had my CAC on me, but then overheard the Supervisor explaining to her worker that UIW STUDENTS could get a discount with their student IDs. She did apologize and say that upper management were enforcing these new rules. So please explain this new policy on how that makes sense. I will not be going to any subway from here on out. Photo is of 6 inch grilled chicken portion. Barely any meat.

Very fast service. Staff is very nice. Not too full even on lunch time which is due to their speed. The place was clean and neat. High chairs were clean too. The bulk of clients were walking in and out in less than 5 mins. Average is about 9$ a person. Will come back for sure.

Walked in at 9 p.m. and a very old guy working there started cursing loudly. He was yelling for me to just leave, because he didn’t want to work. I turned around and walked out. I won’t be going back.
