Delivery by GREG!! Makes this JJ the absolute best location of all!! He delivered my order very expeditiously; everything was correct. After he left, I realized there was no receipt in the bag! (Uh-Oh!) Since he delivered to a hotel, I had his number from when he called me in the lobby… So I called him back & he returned in 90 seconds, receipt in hand!!! Hooray! Thank you very much Greg!!

Was really excited to get a sandwich after a long day of training but the one they made me was so burnt that the meat turned brown and crunchy and the cheese turned hard and didn’t even look like cheese anymore. Pretty disappointed especially since there’s hardly any good options for food on base.

I ordered my lunch first thing in the morning to have it delivered by my lunch break. When I received my order there an item missing (cookie)the guy on the phone said “you didn’t order one”but I was still charged for it & an added item (soup)that I DIDNT order that I was also charged for. When I called to address the error they told me I was mistaken! I have the confirmation & receipt right now here!! Yet they don’t see it on their end. but behold ⬇️

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at one of your locations. On [6/20/2024), I placed an order through your app (Order Number: 2740704386001135937) and was extremely disappointed with the service I received.
It took an entire hour for my order to be prepared and delivered. Given that I only have an hour for lunch, this delay was unacceptable and left me without adequate time to eat.
As a frequent customer who has always enjoyed the quality and speed of your service, this experience was particularly disappointing. I hope you understand the frustration this caused and take steps to ensure such delays do not happen in the future.
Regrettably, due to this experience, I will not be returning to this Jimmy John’s location.
