$11 and over one hour wait for a cup of Uncle Ben’s rice, two chunks of chicken, and an untoasted, unbuttered slice of Aldi bread.
$8 for a half cup of room temperature, flavorless, pork served on a stale smushed store bought hamburger bun.
Honestly, I felt like I got scammed. A complete waste of time, money, and calories. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Just spent $11 for 2 Jambalayas that were watery zatarains box mix with 2 small pieces of weak sausage.
What a joke and a rip off.

Places like this would be run out of New Orleans. Just plain weak and they should be ashamed of themselves.

I waited for a month for these guys to come to our office and really wanted to like this Food Truck – but it was disappointing! I spent $11 for some jambalaya that was just a little bigger than my cell phone and very soupy. The level of spice was just OK – really had hopes it would be better. Came with a plain, dry, thin slice of bread. They were all out of BBQ by 11:15 (truck came at 11:00) and had no desserts, either. Was looking forward to some authentic Cajun and nice bread pudding! Sorry for the review, but never again.

Happened upon this truck at the 370 Park festival Sept 18, 2021. Wonderful people and fantastic food! We loved what they had available. Apparently, so did everyone else. Ribs so tender they will fall off the bone. Mouth watering pulled pork and a host of other things. Cant wait to find this truck again to try more of their selection. You can’t go wrong trying out what they have to offer. 5 stars !

Ordered Vegelaya and hated the taste. The vegelaya had no curry and did not resemble jambalaya at all. I had to throw it away.

Saw their food truck… as they were packing up I asked if they were open or not. THEY RESPONDED YES!!! Served me 3 delicious Chicken Tacos. PHENOMENAL FOOD. Omg wow. No photos to show food because I devoured it before I remembered to take a photo of it.

First time trying this place, I got the ribs with red beans & rice, my son got the pulled pork with red beans and rice. I have to say it was the best red beans and rice I’ve ever had! The ribs were 8/10 and the pulled pork was 10/10! We will be back!

Had TreauX at our church Easter egg hunt and they were absolutely phenomenal! Incredible food, amazing service, great people, good prices. 100% recommend them and look forward to visiting them again!
