Y’all truly didn’t put my blizzard in the bag and handed it to my doordash guy like this? Those boxes go in the sealed bags for a reason And are made for transport in bags. Not going to even eat it as I don’t even feel like that’s okay. Seems this location is privately owned and it shows by the reviews. Now 10 bucks down the sink cause people can’t do their jobs. Bravo. Now to go put my soggy fries and not crispy at all strips in the air fryer and see how that goes. Never again will I order from here. Came from right down the road and ice cream was already melting away when he handed it to me. Also amazing that you obviously made the order right away and didn’t bother to hold off doing the ice cream until my driver actually got there. Super annoyed and plan to see about getting some of my money back.
Follow up – I went to that website and all it was was a contact us website that tried to send me to the owner to contact them directly. It’s obvious they know of the issues in their store with their employees and I don’t care to even bother. Threw all the food away and that’s that. I’m sure they are quite okay and happy ripping people off, seems pretty common by the comments. Won’t be back, first and last mistake of trying out a DQ.

Completely frustrated! We ordered through the drive thru and they neglected to give us two fries we paid for- one of which was supposed to be part of a basket meal that comes with fries! Then, we got a blizzard and they put another cup on top because it is overflowing and melted. The cup then suctioned and created a complete disaster. Total lack of care or effort put into our order. Really disappointed.

All the kids were standing around gossiping rather than taking care of orders. Everytime I come here they always mess up an order. How hard is it to add Lettuce, tomato, onion to a burger. You can charge for it but skip actually putting it on. Waited in drive thru for at least 10 minutes.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 4 Large Pumpkin Pie Blizzards. When I got home I right away noticed that my 4 blizzards only had minimal amounts of pie pieces and no amounts of Pumpkin Pie Spice flavoring and the visual color of the ice cream was vanilla. When I called back to inform a Manager on Duty all I got was endless ringing when I called them. So I tried calling again today and again no one answered their phones! I payed over $32 and will definitely tell all my friends and family to NEVER USE THIS DAIRY QUEEN LOCATION!!!! This is horrible way to treat customers!!!!!! Notice in the picture I’m providing of the same order from a different location and how vanilla this store is compared to a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard at another location from Washington St in Papillion, NE (Dairy Queen location)!!!

Not the typical , Dairy Queen. Ordered lrg Superman blizzard, Banana Split, kids chocolate cone, large cheese curds, and a md. Blizzard. The current temperature at this location is 93°F. I ordered at 6:07pm. We pulled to the window and immediately paid and were handed all of the ice cream. We are currently less than a minute from the hotel we are in . They handed all the ice cream immediately which started to immediately melt . While they had us wait several minutes while the cheese curds cooked. (,nice that we got them fresh) I mentioned to the cashier that maybe you should wait to pass out the ice cream as it is almost 100 degrees out. Her response was we don’t want them melting in here on our counter. This tells me several things. 1 , poor leadership. 2.no knowledge of time management and the process of food ,making food and orders. Where everything gets done at a almost precise exact time where your cold food stays cold and your hot food stays hot. That doesn’t exist here. At 6:16 after we got into our room which was 9 minutes later all of our ice cream was melted. I noticed the banana split had no chocolate, no strawberry, and had what seemed like caramel apples on it and whipped topping that’s it. Out of the 37$ we spent the only thing worth the money was the 10.99 cheese curds. I called the store manager , he offered a replacement, but after the argumentive attitude the cashier had (also a issue with asking for a ranch cup) I just decided to take the loss and vear far away from this location as I would recommend you do the same and go to Sonic down the street where all your food will arrive at the same time.

I ordered a medium blizzard with ice cream and peanut butter cup.
It wasn’t tipped upside down to show how thick it is.
It was a drive-through order, and I didn’t even get a lid.
I was bummed.
But, on a good note.
I got the spoon and A napkin lol.
I received an automated response from DQ regarding my visit.
Generic response.
My question is, what improvements are you going to do to be #1 in your location to receive 5 stars each and every time someone visits.
If you don’t actually care, neither will your staff.
So I tried it again as suggested and this time I didn’t get chocolate ice cream even though I ordered chocolate ice cream recees peanut butter cup.
I asked for a lid and that was good.
I went to take a drink from it because there was the spoon sticking out of it like a straw. That is on me but a easy mistake to make lol.
So wasted money as I don’t like vanilla ice cream.
I bet they don’t read this.

I’ve been to this location a handful of times and always had to wait FOREVER. So when I went last week I was a little apprehensive because the line was super long. However they go us through the line SO quickly I was shocked and complimented the staff in the line. DQ prices though have skyrocketed and I typically try to use the app to save money. But bravo to the manager and staff on duty recently they are doing much better!!

Where’s the ice cream? I ordered a peanut butter parfait the other day and ice cream barely came over the top of the container… so I tried again today. Not any better. Not ordering this anymore… not wasting my money. You used to get ice cream to the top of the lid. Very disappointed!
