The place is quaint and cute. The sushi was really good. Very decorative and fresh. They took a long time to service the food so they gave the place little by little. We did have a big party so I think this is the reason but some of us had to wait over 30 minutes after some of the others already ate. They were very confused on whose plate belonged to which person at the table. But they did remember to refill our drinks. It was a okay experience. I’ll continue to go to my other sushi spots.

Unprofessional staff behind the sushi counter arguing with the boss in front of all of us while we waited almost an hour for 3 sushi rolls. They made it very clear “you cannot rush art”.. honestly, I would have fired him right then and there for that comment. The guy with the curly hair and the guy with the hat seem to think they can just complain while putting together the food and no one will hear them.. apparently someone called out sick so they all have attitude.. the manager came to the table to apologize and yet the employees still comaplined about not supposed to be at work today.. we had to ask where our food was so we didn’t miss our comedy club evening. We arrived at 6:15 and the food hit the table about 7:10.. there were 5 small tables with orders in at the same time as ours.. easy to say our first and last time here

My husband and I come here all the time and sit at the bar top in front of the sushi chefs. It’s so cool watching them roll every thing. We have tried about half of the specialty rolls and everything is very good. Service is always mellow and friendly people.

We come here every year for my birthday. This is a cozy sushi bar with a very elaborate menu! The service here is exceptional, and the food is excellent. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love eating here! Whether we order off the menu or request a “chef special” we are never disappointed! The sushi chefs are friendly and skilled, and the waitresses always ensure our needs are met. Highly recommend!

We stopped here for lunch on a Saturday and they seated us quickly, the service was speedy and our server was very kind. I was hesitant to go when I read “sushi” in the name because I don’t eat seafood, but they actually had a large selection. Food came out pretty quick and we enjoyed it all! We went on a Saturday around 3ish and it was the perfect time they were not busy. We sat at the sushi bar and enjoyed a movie while we ate which was funny and entertaining. We ordered the crab rangoons and house side salad for appetizers. The crab Rangoons were not the usual made from a frozen mix these were some of the tastiest we have ever had. They had real seasoning on the inside and were delicious! I ordered all veggie style sushi and my hubby ordered the steak yakasobi meal. We’ve eaten at a number of sushi places and this by far is the best. I couldn’t believe how fresh everything tasted and the flavors were incredible. The sweet potato roll was delicious and so were the two veggie rolls, I’ve never had one made with so many fresh ingredients. The steak yakasobi was done beautifully with lots of vegetables and great flavor. We will be back! It was worth the money. Best in Polk County.

Now one of my favorite sushi restaurants! The service was great and the food was excellent! Tried a couple rolls that were fresh and tasty. The deep fried one was slightly overcooked so the fish inside was partially cooked instead of being raw, but still delicious. The crab Rangoon was unique and really good with a garlicky/chili flavor. The mussels were also an new experience and yummy! We also ordered noodles, cloudy saki and dessert- all delish!
