I’m highly disappointed in this establishment. I got hit in the drive thru was asked to pull up so I did. I didn’t realize I wasn’t pulled up enough so they came out and was very rude said I was holding her entire drive thru up. Again it wasn’t intentional I didn’t realize but I don’t appreciate the attitude and the lack of sympathy of my car getting hit and me trying to figure out the next step. I walked in and politely asked to speak to a manager. When the male approached the counter I started to explain that I did appreciate the attitude. He cut me off and very condescending said we apologize several times over speaking me instead of letting me finish and being very rude. My emotions were higher but I was absolutely polite with my responses because I understand mistakes but being rude to me while getting my car hit in your drive thru just was uncalled for. I will be calling corporate as well the speak on my frustration. A manager she know better to be more compassionate and understanding, I’ve been in that position as a manager. And if a customer brings you a concern you listen, understand, and empathize. But the person who hit me and the crew members were all friends so the unprofessionalism is just so baffling. Highly disappointed.

We pulled through the drive through got a 10 piece tender to share. We were immediately asked to park in the front to wait when there was no line. Then we proceeded to wait over 15 minutes for 10 tenders. Ridiculous. We came because we thought it would be quick. Were still waiting

So I went here spent 50 dollars before I realized they had a dog back there behind the counter with them cook included. I tried to call someone above them because why do you have dog behind the counter with you will definitely not being going back last thing I want is dog hair in my food. It took me 20 minutes to get the wrong sandwich when I stopped here on the way home tonight. By the time I realized I didn’t get what I’d ordered I was way too far away to turn around and go back. The sandwich itself was alright. If nothing else, I’m not hungry anymore.

Ordered a monster thick burger, no mayo, with large curly fries and a sweet tea. Got home and opened the bag to see a monster thick burger with EXTRA mayo (on top, in between the patties, and on bottom), large regular fries, and a large coke. Honestly it’s impressive that the only thing they managed to get right was the size.
This is why nobody likes going to “fast food” places anymore. They have the audacity to charge $20 for a meal, and then hire incompetent staff who can’t even put an order in or read a screen properly. I’ll offer 1 star for getting the size right at least, but this was my first and last visit to this store.

The food great ! The manager is rude ! Every single time anybody walks in ! She sets your money on the counter! Does not use any type of hospitality at all and I don’t think she needs to be in any management position at all !

I have the best experience every time I come here which is at least twice a week. They’re always friendly. The service is great and the food is always fresh and hot. The restaurant is always clean and they bring my food to the table. I don’t think food service workers get the credit they deserve.
