One of the best dining experiences of my life. I was staying at the Inn at Eagle Mountain, and had two wonderful meals at Pietro’s. The food was sublime, I will remember the taste of the halibut for many years to come. And the waitresses (hello, Jen!) were the kindest and most attentive. I will definitely come back one day, even if it means flying 5000 miles!

The setting was quite nice and our server Stephanie was great. I had the salmon and my companion had the chicken parmesan and both were quite lovely. But save room for dessert. The inhouse made cheesecake is THAT GOOD.

Service was good. The Halibut was delicious. The pasta was a little watery. But overall everything was worth it. The homemade cheese cake was awesome. Quiet romantic restaurant. Hidden gem.

Took my youngest daughter here on a daddy daughter date , she had the crab stuffed shells which she devoured, which is nice cause she is a very picky eater, she also found out she likes the Caprese, The balsamic glaze they have is amazing. Myself on the other hand had the Rib-eye which was perfectly cooked Medium Rare, shrimp were perfect, asparagus was a little salty on its own but when ate with steak and potatoes in a combo bite it was a perfect combo. Finished off with a crème brûlée, which oh mah gawd was super rich and just the perfect amount of sweetness. Came back to following week with both my daughters And again I had to have the steak my youngest had Bolognese and my oldest had Pietro’s Papperdelle. Overall, food is amazing. Service is great. Great job Pietro’s I’ll definitely be bringing my family back

A lovely experience and every bite was delicious! Jen and Emily made it such a wonderful experience too. Bravo to the chef – the Marsala was one of the best.

the atmosphere and vibe was really nice, and the food is flavorful, textured, and leaves you struggling not to take just one more bite.

the service was great, the only thing holding me back from 5 stars on service is that the staff interrupted me and my partner mid sentence to ask if we wanted more water. not being interrupted is more important to most guests of refinement, and i strongly encourage management to train out this old rude holdover from run and gun restaurants.

in europe you are never interrupted at your table talking and it is divine.

thats said i absolutely recommend and we will be back.

What a little gem of a restaurant tucked into the Inn at Eagle Mountain! Wedge Salad was perfectly portioned and the blue cheese and balsamic glaze was delish! The Pietro’s Parpadelle was outstanding, the lemon cream sauce was a perfectly balanced and really enhanced the shrimp and cod, and the capers added a lovely salty flavor! The Parpadelle Bolognese was equally delish! And our server Kelsey was amazing! A great meal all around!

So disappointed. Had a 5:15 reservation. It was over an hour before we got our food. Over 30 mins for our appetizer. There was not many folks there to constitute such slow service, especially for a Saturday. The portion sizes were almost laughable. We had to get a box and finish our food at home as we had plans and didn’t think it would take that long. Overpriced food.

Great service, horrible meal. The quality of the meals have been disappointing since the change of ownership. Went there for my birthday. This time we both had the ribeye which used to be outstanding and the reason we went there. The steak was NOT 12oz, more like 6-7oz was thin (just around 3/8” thick) and resembled a breakfast steak. Overcooked, no flavor and tough. It sat on about 1/3 cup of sliced roasted potatoes which were sadly the best part of the meal. 3 sprigs of woody asparagus were on the plate. Hint to chef: peel the asparagus when they’re woody. The server bought us a desert because the meals were so bad. Chocolate lava cake- store bought mini Bundt cake with chocolate poured in the middle….. Seriously need to step up your game in the kitchen. Will not return or recommend . $140 was our bill for that disaster of a meal. Happy birthday to me lol. We stopped for a satisfying sushi snack after we left there hungry.

We had a girls night out… Have not been to this restaurant in quite a while. There is a new owner and everything was top-notch. We were so impressed with the service, the young girl was so professional. Two of us had the chicken limone which was wonderful. The views are so beautiful. The restaurant was quite busy when we got there especially for a Wednesday night in Fountain Hills!

Definitely will go back again
