Absolutely terrible. They obviously take no pride in making food and have a bunch of people working there who just don’t care.
We placed an order online tonight
1. I requested free chips and salsa with my stack and we also bought extra chips and queso. They either ignored the request or put the free chips in the bag with the chips we purchased. This is not okay because the chip bag looked typical for the amount of chips you get when you buy a bag of chips and I did not get the salsa I ordered at all. And if they have you get the salsa yourself from the salsa bar, then what is the point of them even asking when you order if they don’t get them themselves? TLDR: I didn’t get my the chips and salsa that is included with my stack.
2. The stack was the most incorrect thing I have ever received from any establishment. It had no crunchy tortillas inside it, as the stack is supposed to have. It had guacamole. Beans. Regular white rice. None of this I ordered. Quite literally the only thing that was correct was that it had steak. I don’t even think it had queso. Not to mention if you look at the photos attached, the cheese that comes out the top was completely burnt, and it’s evident that they really need to clean their grill more often by the amount of charred bits that were all over my food.
Not to mention we wasted our 50% off entree discount on this.
This is the last time I’ll be ordering Moe’s if this is what I should expect.

the food itself isn’t bad it’s mainly just the portions of it and the lack of food. we went 2 hours before close that was on their door but online it says they were open till 3 hours later. They were out of lettuce, black beans and they couldn’t make any quesadillas. And that’s just what we asked for i’m not sure what else they were out of. i figured why they were out of so much was because it was a bit later, but ive noticed in other reviews this establishment is always out of food. they already had closed the lobby 2-3 hours before their closing time and wrapped our food to go. the chips and queso are the only good items at this place.

Decent. All Moe’s are kind of crap now. They clearly don’t listen to consumer feedback or they could make a change like Chipotle did. They see their imminent downfall and turned things around. Moe’s has not and appears it cannot. It’s always dirty, food quality is always inconsistent. Today they were out of white rice, out of fajita veggies. Their line is always so filthy, no effort is made to tidy it up. Their employees are always disheveled. It’s just so funny lol. But I mean, 3 stars because the food was okay and their queso always hits. I wish they could turn it around because they have the potential to be good like it used to be.

Employees were cussing they were out of food no guidance from the manager I guess some sort of special was going on and they ran out of food my husband got most of what he ordered I got a tortilla with meat chesse and lettuce it was supposed to be a homewrecker with everything I got no apology no notice and no offer for refund. I had no dinner now and I tried to call someone answered and I heard a woman in the background say hang up I call back just for them to mumble something I can’t understand so I’ll be in first thing in the morning to request a refund since I didn’t receive edible food and had to listen to unprofessional employees not only talk to each other with no respect but obviously the customers too. I won’t ever give this establishment my business again and it’s a shame because we loved Moe’s but I will not bring my family here and it’s obvious they are no standards for food or customer service so no thank you I’ll keep my money next time not worth the trouble and bad treatment

This Moe’s used to be so good, then it went downhill. I decided to check it out again a year later & walked out while my tacos were being made. Worker barely put any chicken in the tacos and then the worker pulled chicken OFF my taco… like she barely put any on to begin with & the lettuce was brown and old. disgusting… they will serve that to you right in front of your face.

Just got two burritos door dashed. Most disrespectful serving size I have ever been given. Half scoop of chicken. 3 pieces of lettuce, barely any cheese. Was 90% rice and tortilla. Maybe 15 chips. No salsa. burritoes were about the size as a salt shaker. Had to add my own cheese

I haven’t had Moe’s in close to 20 years. I recently moved to Florida and this location did not disappoint. The portions were generous and tasty. Courtney and staff were exceptional.

I decided to give this Moe’s location another chance after a disappointing experience with my last delivery in January 2025. Unfortunately, in March 2025, the situation was no better. The rice was undercooked, and the portion of chicken for the price was absurd. The franchise owner needs to intervene at this location and implement some training. We don’t encounter these issues at other Moe’s locations.
