Dear Arby’s Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your location yesterday. I placed my order through the drive-thru, and the employee taking my order was not patient. She repeatedly screamed at me, asking for the amount of the coupon I had.
When I arrived at the window, I asked her if she could hear me, and she admitted that she could. I then asked why she had screamed several times, and she responded that it was “the other person.” Immediately after, she closed the window, and I noticed that the two cashiers, Gabriela and Paola, were laughing.
I believe it is unacceptable for staff to scream at customers, especially when they can hear clearly. Asking for information in a rushed or disrespectful manner is unnecessary and unprofessional. Customer service requires patience, respect, and courtesy, and unfortunately, that was not demonstrated during my visit.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to remind your team that customers deserve to be treated with respect. Please ensure that staff members understand the importance of professionalism and kindness in their roles.

The food had no flavor. The meat tasted like it was boiled and was bland and I had to add a lot of salt to get flavor. I’m really upset that Arby’s is going down hill I used to love Arby’s a lot but now it’s disappointing 🙁

I enjoyed a DELICIOUS cheese steak sandwich, a Mac and cheese. Holy cow! It was amazing! My friend from New Jersey commented that it was VERY good and comparable to cheese steak sandwiches he had in Philadelphia.
I was impressed! Jersey Mike’s has a pretty good cheese steak sandwich, but I think Arby’s is better!
The restaurant was clean and the service was very good. I hadn’t been to Arby’s in a while, but I will go again for the cheese steak sandwich!

Recently updated and is welcoming inside. Friendly staff and good quality food. Easily could be a five star as far as fast food is concerned. Does not accept AMEX or Discover, hence the rating. Easy fix, but won’t be getting my business at this time. Rating could easily change.

Now i’ll be checking my bags before i leave the exit lane.
I come here a lot, and normally everything is fine; however, tonight I ordered 2 classic beef ‘n’ cheddar sandwiches and requested no red ranch. I was given 2 classic roast beef sandwich’s instead. (redundant to the staff, but for people who may not know, the classic beef and cheddar is supposed to come with cheese, not just beef, as it’s name implies.) I know what I said at the ordering menu and am highly disappointed.
I’m not going back out now, 20 minutes after I get home just to have this fixed. I entirely deconstructed one just for further proof.

Lately I personally have not liked the classic roast beef. It has like a rubbery texture. But the rest of my family love it. So I guess it’s just my personal opinion on that. The motzies are delish. And the curly fries are good too.
