I love Papa John’s pizza, but this location is probably the worst one I’ve been to. On 1 occasion, I went to pick up my pizza, waited over 5 mins while the workers pretended not to see me. I had to cough to get any response. I love plain cheese pizza, but occasionally my pizzas would be missing a good portion of cheese. I can’t understand how the quality of Papa John’s restaurants had dropped so much in these recent years.

I ordered the Ultimate Pepperoni pizza, and this is what I got, very few pepperoni, as you can see. This store constantly skimps on ingredients, which is why I usually order from Marcos because they make your pizza the way you order it. I gave Papa John’s another try to make their pizza the way they advertise, but they didn’t even come close. Stop ordering from this store unless you like getting ripped off. This is the last time I ordered from them. Good luck if you still order from this place.

We love papa johns but this location has messed up our order 3 times in a row. First time they completely forgot the pepperoni. Second time ordered garlic parm boneless wings and was given garlic knots. Third time ordered alfredo sauce and was given tomato. And the quality of the food has significantly decreased. We will no longer be using this location. We would rather drive to the further location across town.

I just had to share this because Uber is refusing my refund I was so excited I haven’t had Papa John’s in forever but my pizza showed up not even cut, no pepperoni, no pepperoncini, no garlic butter, and it looks and tastes like a thin frozen pizza thrown in a Papa John’s box major disappointment.

Pretty tasty but it made my girlfriend fart all night. I didn’t even know she could fart and now the whole bedroom smells like sour milk and old beans. I can’t get the dogs to come back in here and they usually love my farts. I think something could be seriously wrong.

They delivered the wrong order yesterday, on top of this there was only cheese on half the cheese sticks. I called, was told my correct order would arrive. 2 hours passed, nothing. I called again and asked for a refund with 1 confirmation email. Did not get either. The manager said the new pizza was in route and I could keep it. Didn’t happen. Never got my order, never got the confirmation email that “would arrive in 20 minutes,” never got the refund.

Never ORDERING AGAIN FROM THIS LOCATION ON CRAIG! So many things was wrong with tonight’s order! We placed an order for delivery & it was suppose to be the 2 medium size pizza specials WELL DONE. ORIGINAL CRUST! Which means NOT THIN CRUST! & GARLIC PARM WINGS! First they over charged us without telling us the correct charge which this location for delivery ONLY USE DOORDASH because they won’t or can’t hire drivers but they don’t tell you that! My door dasher told me! Then we open our food & the order is NOT COOKED! Wings are rubbery & wet like water! So called the store & spoke with store manger at this location date is (4/12/2023) so I’m sure he will still be the same one! & he was laughing & rude while calling to tell him the problem! So when I made it a point to fix the problem, the food was suppose to be made over the correct way! & they made it the same exact way AS THE PROBLEM IN THE FIRST PLACE! So they DON’T KNOW HOW TO COOK OR THEY DONT CARE! ️ ️ ️

Ordered A Pizza With some wings and when the pizza came it was VERY DISGUSTING With very little sauce and the boneless wings taste like freezer . I called and the General Manager answered was so rude it was hard to believe ANYONE would give him any position as a managers or even an employee as he spoke very rude !!! Told me how do I expect him to replace anything when he’s on the phone with myself. I asked him how could you speak with your customers like this and he replied I do what I like I’m the Manager. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS YOU CANNOT TRUST TO EAT FROM SOMEONE IN LEADERSHIP WITH SUCH A FOUL MOUTH TO HIS CUSTOMER !!! Very disappointed that they would allow food to come to someone’s house like it came out of a trash can . Poor Management and Papa John’s doesn’t care who they allow around the communities Food !
