Domino’s is our goto place but my husband wanted to give Pizza Hut a try. Big mistake. We ordered it a few hours in advance, but I think they might have made it right when I ordered it. It was cold and the pizza crust and breadsticks were rock hard. So disappointing, the breadsticks looked so good too. Back to Domino’s we go!

Worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. I couldn’t taste the sauce. I had to look under the cheese to find the one little spot of sauce. The place smelled like old grease and it was so strong that it penetrated my hair and clothes just waiting a few minutes for my order. The breadsticks were burnt and they came with enough sauce to dip maybe two of the five in the order.

Y’all don’t need my review to know what the “Hut” is all about. It’s not 1988 pizza anymore. Was $27 for a lightweight, cardboard, poor quality “pizza”. I wanted 12 wings, that’s $28. Walked three doors down to Papa Murphy’s, got a $15 family-size pepperoni pizza that absolutely blew Pizza Hut away.

I ate from this Pizza Hut for the first time today. My order was ready when I got there, the staff heard me enter and attended to me within a minute (not super friendly, but not rude, either), and the order was correct and warm. No complaints.
If anyone would like to know what the new Melts are like, that is what I ordered: decent sized, not mind-blowingly delicious, but pretty good, the dough was light and flaky (not just regular crust pulled over to make a sandwich)…and for $6.99, I would say it was a pretty good deal.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! The pizza that was delivered to us last night was disgusting. Everything tasted like it had been left in a warmer WAY to long: the crust was hard, the cheese was burnt and plastic, the peperonis were burnt and shriveled, and the sauce was like thin cooked paste and almost undetectable not to mention the bread sticks were unedible and were like eating hard tack. We salvaged what little we could and tossed the rest out.
We had ordered from here after loosing a beloved family pet last night and instead of comfort food we got disgusting garbage, $70 later I was sad and hungry.

I recently visited Pizza Hut to pick up an online carry-out order, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Upon arrival, I discovered that one of the boxes in my order was incorrect. The staff immediately apologized for the mistake and took the time to verify my correct order. They promptly remade the pizza and even allowed us to keep the incorrect one.
When I returned after 15 minutes to pick up the corrected order, the staff went above and beyond by offering a free soda as well. Throughout the entire process, they were nothing but professional and kind. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out, and I left feeling very pleased with the experience.
Thank you, Pizza Hut, for turning a small error into a positive experience. I will definitely be returning!
