I go here, get my sandwich made, get upsold on double meat, all to be told they don’t accept gift cards because “the machines been broken for 3 years” yeah ok sure buddy. Even if that’s true, why not put up a sign at the start to say so? Absolutely ridiculous

Since the new owners took over this location has gone down the drain. We used to eat there 1 to 2 times a week for years before 2020. Since the new staff took over it’s become a place we don’t want to go to. We still love subway but choose to at the food when on the other sides of town or traveling to other locations in the USA. Till new ownership comes to this location we will not patronize or will not patronize much.

Absolutely cleanest Subway I have ever seen. You can tell this manger cares.

Update 1 year later:

I’m not sure what happened, but this Subway is nowhere near the standard when I last visited.
Many items were out, and the cleanliness of the store is down substantially.
Sad to see, but it’s still on par or slightly below other Subwas stores.

I’m curious if the manager has any reason for this fall in standards.

This Subway is located in the Pilot travel center not far from the interstate. Dorian gave us excellent service, and my chicken protein bowl was so Yum (get the garlic dressing -loved it!) There is a shared eating area with Wendy’s that was super clean. We would definitely stop here again.

They do not make their bread fresh daily.!!!!
They use day old bread. That by the time you get 20 minutes away to your job is so hard you can’t bite it and all of the outside of the bread is flaking off like paint chips. !!!

Been sitting here 30 minutes watching a teenager play on her phone says she’s on break and the only one here five people standing in line been waiting 20 min. No manager.
